I recently had a great experience at the Payson Dutch Bros. After a disappointing visit to the Spanish Fork location, where the espresso machine was closed 30 minutes before closing time, I drove to Payson and was pleased to find that they happily made my drink right up until closing. Ella and Amy were fantastic and provided excellent service, demonstrating a true dedication to customer satisfaction. Payson has always provided great service, and I will definitely be returning!

Everyone is great coffee is always great except when ordering online. There is one employee that seems to not read the order correctly and my drink is always wrong with her other than that everything is great the other employees always make the drink correctly and are super friendly.

This is my daughters favorite coffee shop. She's always having about it and now I understand why. Up from NM we did the drive through. Staff member outside taking the order in the cold couldn't have been more friendly. Infact all the staff we interacted with were over the top friendly. This day, part of their system was down, and things were a little mixed up. I'm sure they were a bit frustrated with it all, but you'd never know it. Coffee was great. Keep up the good work. I might now have to check out the DB back home.

Love Dutch Bros. The people are very friendly, and they write notes sometimes on my coffee. They are just the best. I always get the protein latte, but sometimes I’ll switch it up and get another drink with protein milk. And, their steamers are really yummy.

hate the drive through. everyone is taken out of order. three cars went before me when I got there first and waited ten minutes. i swear employees show preference and chat with their friends. this guy stopped taking orders and walked this girl through the line. ahead of me and other people that got there first.
