We came in Thursday night and I got the steak tips, they weren’t very good and my boyfriend went to eat a piece of the meat on my plate and bit into it and it was hard like bone was still in it, the sever we had was warring a teal hoodie for most of the time she was serving us, she was somewhat rude to other customers, and didn’t check up on us at all during our meal and when we were done it took her 30 mins to realize we were ready to go, then we asked for a crepe to take with us there is no cream in the crepe or on the side was very disappointed, I used to like going to this location but with that experience I won’t be going back.

Me and my boyfriend went into eat at 9:00 the other night. it says online and on the door that you guys don’t close till 10. We were seated and given menus and our drinks. Then when the waiter came to take our order we were told we had to get our food to go because they were closing. You should not be open for that hour if we are not allowed to sit and eat. I understand you guys may need to clean and stuff before closing but we should have been told that before we were seated because we would have went somewhere else.

You'd expect with increasing prices that quality and service would also improve, but they haven't.
Ordered for my three children and myself, after waiting for about 10 minutes to be attended to, to then have a 35+ minute wait for the food. The food came out cold and it wasn't even all of it.

We waited for over 10 minutes and nobody came to seat us. We walked out because we are hungry and want food. Workers saw us the second we came in, and it wasn’t at all busy. There was one small group eating in the whole restaurant.

We stopped here a couple of years ago and got crapy service and cold food. And screwed over by their app when it first opened. Never really wanted to go back, but tonight, New years Day 2025, at around 6 pm, we stopped over at Chubby restaurant it was packed, and I thought we tried it one more time to go to IHOP!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE food cold service was slow if u go take a lunch so u can have food to wait for your meal it takes that long should have just waited in line at Chubbys.
I live here in payson and avoid coming here because of the service is horrible thought I would give it another try same horrible service I have never felt so ignored and treated like my family is an inconvenience it's sad I have to drive to Springville location when payson one is up the street i can't be the only one that has experienced this who manages this place 😢

Our family was traveling through Utah on Tuesday 9/24/24 and decided to stop for dinner at this IHop, and even though the staff was dealing with very rude and dirty customers who left a mess, our server was still very kind and give us a great experience, we really appreciate her and the rest of the staff for their hard work. The food was also very good, every dish my family had was delicious, especially the omelettes with extra cheese, the hashbrowns, the tres leches pancakes, and the amazing cheese sticks with ranch.
One of the best Ihops I've been to.
