I used to hate Jimmy John’s with a passion until I went to this one in Payson now I love them best service best food all around five stars even gave me a free drink because I had to wait a little bit. Awesome service.

First time being here, and was not disappointed. Came in on my lunch break and must say, the atmosphere was nice, staff was great, and they got my order out it a minute or 2. Definitely coming back and would definitely recommend.

I went to Jimmy John’s and ordered the Club Lulu, asking to add avocado and agreeing to pay extra for it. When I got home, I realized the sandwich didn’t have the avocado I paid for, nor did it include the bacon that’s supposed to come with it. To make things worse, I called the store to have the issue fixed, and they told me the manager would call me back — but no one ever did. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Plenty of room inside for large groups. With there own delivery vehicles you can get your order delivered fairly fast.

Why did I wait so long to try JJs? Absolutely delicious and so much meat! I literally went into a different realm of existence eating my sandwich!
Unfortunately very disappointed in this location. They charged my card twice. They did not give me a receipt so I could not verify I was charged the correct amount in the first place. They told me they made too many loaves of bread and they were selling them for $0.50 so I agreed in addition to my sandwich (again, couldn't verify I was only charged the $0.50) - it was literally as hard as a rock, not exaggerating. Its pretty unethical to sell a food item that someone cannot even consume.

Great location, easy in and out, close to I-15. The sandwich was excellent and the server threw in a beverage since he forgot it with my order. I'll stop again when traveling in that area.

I never leave reviews, but Jimmy John’s in Payson is truly the best. The staff is amazing, always so kind and friendly. When I bring my dog through the drive through they often give her a lil piece of bacon (soooo cute!). They forgot to add a pickle in my order, and they went above and beyond to make it right (they called me to apologize, gave me another pickle and a brownie, and offered to give me free lunch). I will continue coming to this Jimmy John’s, they’ve got a loyal customer out of me!!
