This trip to KFC was a disaster. First sign of trouble, the speaker was broken and you had to order at the window after waiting in a long line of cars and then asked to pull around and wait. A 10 minute wait is long but a 40 minute wait was a bit much. After all the wait they ended up giving my order to another car so I was asked to wait longer for them to remake my order. Over an hour later I Finally made it home to find that the lid was not completely put on the coleslaw and leaked all over our food, dry coleslaw bleh!? and to top it all off, we ordered an 8 piece meal and was only given 6.. so I gave in and called and was hung up on twice. Never had the chance to speak to a manager, I won’t be returning to the Payson location any time soon. What a mess!

We got rubber pieces of chicken strips for 18$ When our card was handed back it was broken 3/4 in half. So that is going to be another 25$ to get a new card and wait for 10days for that. This place wouldn't do anything to help us! It was a horrible KFC. We will never eat there again!

What a disaster. We ordered a family meal to pick up. When we got there at 7:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the place. At the busiest dinner time. That should have been our first clue. The chicken tenders were dry and tough and really small. The mac and cheese was lumpy. The container of fries was only half full. They forgot to include the sauces we ordered. Seriously, walk across the parking lot and get chicken from the Walmart deli. It's much better quality and half the price. Don't know how these guys are still in business.
