Bailee was awesome! She recommended the Hawaiian pizza, I ordered that and some crazy bread. Both were hot and fresh! She was training someone and running around like crazy but no one had to wait. I was very impressed!
Just went there today 1/6 and ordered a large pizza heart attacked all around. They then charge me an extra 5$ for it and I don’t complain cause I just got off work and my kids hungry. I wait 20 minutes for one pizza and the lady brings it out and throws it on my lap! Right thru my window. I say thanks and she just walks inside. So I get home to find out it’s not even a large pizza! Or heart attacked! I just paid 18$ for a medium regular pizza! So I go there mad and demand them to heart attack it and they all just didn’t care about me saying they over charged me and didn’t even heart attack it. She goes all “ I didn’t hear you” then why did you charge me for it?? Avoid this place if possible

I came in and ordered pizzas last week on Wednesday, and when I came in to grab them I informed that there was a mistake while making the pizzas. The person helping was the assistant manager he was very very kind and went out of his way to make sure that my order came out in a timely fashion as-well as exactly how I ordered them. This was by far the best experience i’ve had at this Little Caesars in a couple months!

Came in to my location in Payson, Utah where I had told the employee I had to go to work; he said that it would take 5 minutes for cheese bread, after waiting 30 minutes they told me they had just put it in and it would be out in 5 minutes, there were 3 employees no other customers: I waited another 30 minutes past that time!!

I came from spanish fork because it said it was opened till 12 got her at 11:45 and they had locked the doors and the window was not opened

They have what every Little Caesars has. If you're getting something made fresh at the window and it's not ready, they have you pull around to the front of the store to wait. This frees up the windows for others to pickup. Employees are nice and friendly.

We show up and order food and they said about 10-5 min wait while we where waiting looks like they let this other people in that where like friends and messing around for a bit and then noticed our food came out and was just sitting in the counter we were not able to go in because the doors where locked so we just sat there while the food was out for like 15-10 min because the other people where not paying attention and messing with some friends and we finally got it the pizza was good it was actually warm ish but the crazy breads where another story not only where they cold they where also a little hard and I get it sometimes it happens to 1 but not like all of them not my best experience here

They will get it wrong then have to remake it with no apologies or offer of something to retain good customer relations. Today it was 50 minutes from ordering in store to walking out with 1 pizza, 1 crazy bread and 3 orders of wings. I will never go to this Little Ceasars again.

Updating my review. For a long time, this place was a 1 star for me. I have personally sat in this drive-thru for over an hour waiting for 1 pizza before. The pizzas were never cut. There was always a wait.
Thankfully it appears sometime in the last ~5 years, there's been enough changes in staff or management to kick the place into gear. Last night my pizzas were ready 6 minutes early, both were sufficiently cut, and both of them were hot. I hadn't planned on ever going back to LC again, but they're now on par with Marco's and Domino's. What really impressed me was getting 2 pizzas 6 minutes early, while the BYU football game was on half time. Very impressive.

As I was picking up my pizza the front of house lady was super sweet and nice. But the back of house prep employee used poor word choice to the other employees while guests were in store.

Worst little Ceasers ever. Ive gone here multiple times and the pizza is always cold and old. I thought the first time it was just a hit or miss thing but nope. After multiple visits last week was the final straw. I ordered a pizza that was literally a frisbee. It was solid, cardboard like and cold. The cheese was looking like a day old and the dough was hard. I could tell they tried reheating but it didnt work out it just solidified the dam thing. It was disappointing and disgusting. I will be driving further into Salem now moving forward because they actually give you fresh pizza.

Normally, fantastic when I order on the app beforehand. There have been a time or two that they only started making my pizza after the app said it was done that was very frustrating; still they can’t be perfect 100% of the time.
