Don’t go to this location!! I have never left without being double charged or at least over charged for my order and the employees don’t know how to correct it. They must need an adult supervisor there. The quality at this location is terrible. Not worth the trip, don’t stop here. Their rewards never works even when you show them to the cashier. They don’t try to make things right or make you happy. Horrible customer service and pizza!!

I love Papa Murphy's pizza. I use to get one once week but the one in Ephraim closed for some other lame place. I miss it so much, now i just get one when I am in Payson. Which isn't often.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple on it because there is hardly any pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. Not only did my pizza not have extra pineapple on it but it was also missing some ham. I talked to the owner and her solution was to give me $1.75 credit for extra pineapple and credit for 3 pieces of ham on my next Hawaiian pizza order. I thought this was a very chintzy way of helping her customers receive what they ordered. Why would I want to order another pizza from that Papa Murphys store when they can’t even make a decent pizza for my order this time. I will definitely not be going back to that store again and will also be telling all of my friends and family to never use that store.
