So I have come here a bit over the life of this place and I am so sad to see the quality go down down down. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the employees were nice. The double cheese burger was so small. Even with two paper thin patties I couldn’t taste the meat. The fries were cooked in the same oil as their fish so I hope you like fish. (I don’t). The shake was small and made incorrectly. Unfortunately I think this is my last time here.

I used to love Polar Queen. But they've raised their prices an insane amount over just the past 3 years. The cheapest picture was taken Dec 2021. The next was Oct 2022. The most expensive listed here was in June 2024. I wouldn't be suprised if they've raised it even further. No, inflation hasn't increased 100% like Polar Queens prices. I will no longer be eating here.

Loved this place. Past tense. But now, inexperienced staff, no one seems to know what is going on. Very slow. I got a shake, my partner got a malt. Said malt on his lid. Mine tasted a little odd, but I thought it was a different mocha syrup. Nope. Mine had the malt.
Not only do u have to deal with the meanest old lady ever you have to deal with the HORRIBLE prices. If you’re going to list a burger for $11 COME WITH FRIES. At this point it’s cheaper going to nicer restraints because these small places are just as pricey

One of the best mom and pop burger joints around! The burger I just absolutely smashed was a 10/10! The marshmallow shake was incredible also a 10/10! I would personally come here everyday if it was close by!
