I have a hard time rating Polar Queen. The food is actually really good! Its not leaps and bounds better than other burger places, but its a great option in Payson! But, my main problem is their prices. Its stupid expensive. Their prices make it seem like it should be a gourmet option in Vegas or something, not a small town joint like it is. And then also they don't do combos, you have to add everything on, so then you're potentially paying $15-20 for a meal for one person.

Food was great on a Tuesday afternoon. Was not so freaking on a Saturday afternoon. I don't get it. The fish was so soggy/greasy you almost couldn't eat it. Tge burgers were good.

Tried to call and make a phone order. Someone answered, but didn't say anything... Waited a long 90 seconds of odd sounds... Hung up. Tried again 10 minutes later with the same results... Decided to get my fix somewhere else. Pretty clear they don't want business.

Drove up at 850 to just get some ice cream and they turned their open sign off instead of chosing to serve us. Thanks for saving us we won't be back

Well, this used to be my favorite place to go, but the last few times we have gone.It's been full of grease the food is just not tasting right. The burgers are still great , but the fried food has been super greasy and not to mention the prices have at least doubled!

They have fry sauce with pickle relish in it! It was so good! Overall great experience at this small town diner. They have Pepsi products here so it’s a 10/10 from me. If I had to complain about anything it’s that the double cheeseburger I had wasn’t very filling and they only have regular fries.

So I have come here a bit over the life of this place and I am so sad to see the quality go down down down. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the employees were nice. The double cheese burger was so small. Even with two paper thin patties I couldn’t taste the meat. The fries were cooked in the same oil as their fish so I hope you like fish. (I don’t). The shake was small and made incorrectly. Unfortunately I think this is my last time here.
