I placed my order at the drive through at 6 pm. I got to window to pay and had to repeat my order 2 more times. We got 2 chicken classic sandwiches and a tackle box. The French fries were all cold! The shrimp tasted and looked like it had been cooked at noon and had sat there all day and was hard and dried out. Will not be going back to the Payson Popeyes.

I love Popeyes but this location is hard to visit. Today the menu board at the drive thru was flickering and prices kept changing but they couldn't explain why. I like to know what I'm paying before I order. Then as I tried to order, I was told they were out of what I ordered. This normally isn't a big deal but this was the second time I've experienced this at this location.

Ordered a 3 piece tender meal at 10 PM. Went through three different door dashers, waited for an hour and half, and got told they couldn't make my order. What is difficult about making a single chicken tender meal, and why didnt they tell me they couldn't make it before making me wait an hour and a half? Do yourself a favor and go to the spanish fork Popeyes.

I ordered the 24 wings family pack. They missed my online order, so they just grabbed whatever was there. When I got home for us to eat them they were so chewy and gross that we could not eat. The Mac and cheese had been sitting so long the macaroni in it was just mush. I would not recommend going there. Also it was not busy. There was one car in the drive through and no one in the dining area.
Only for rich bo*mers! They no longer have the $5 meals, which meant mine was >$13. Food was good, but they forgot my biscuit. I am not anxious to come back!
P.S. put some FRUIT into your “Premium Strawberry Lemonade!” Its a good flavor but is a corn syrup-y mess. FAKE lemonade - SAD!

Good food, the pieces of chicken were gigantic. Made it a bit hard to eat but the flavor was good and the breading had a great crunch to it. The girl that took our order was very nice and we got our food very quickly.
