Love the loaded fries here but every time we come they tell us they are "cleaning the frier" which has happened three times in a row now. If your staff doesn't like making something, just take it off the menu.

We waited 15 min to get our order taken, people jam packed in front of us and behind us. We were worried that maybe there was just one person working the drive thru but NOPE. A ginger boy and a bleach blonde girl were goofing off and flirting while making the drinks. Seemed very disrespectful to not only the people in front of us but behind us too. Very disappointing. We will make sure they’re not working again before we come back. Surprised they didn’t mess up our drinks with all that dillydallying. Where’s the hustle? No time for workplace romance. If there was HR I would report them. Not happy. Shoulda taken their photo to put them on blast here

love this place! I work close by so I’m always coming in to grab a quick drink and snack. staff is so friendly and humorous. so many drink options, I’m always trying to decide. prices are excellent and not to mention having a phone number here has made it so I’m usually always getting some type of discount. highly recommend stopping in!

Parking: Shared location with a strip mall and Taco Bell restaurant. Parking can be harder here at peak times due to shared lot.
Kid-friendliness: It was clean and bright. Service was quick.
Wheelchair accessibility: All one level and there was a lower curb to get from vehicle to sidewalk.
The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, it was almost unbearable but I had a 4 year old who could not hold it. There were ants all over the lobby but they did keep my little one entertained ?♀️ Said 4 year old also spilled a drink and I was happy to clean it myself but I could not get anyone to come to the counter so that I could ask for a towel. I tried with napkins but there was just too much. I gave up trying and we continued eating our fries. 10 mins later another customer comes in and after he orders I walk to the counter to ask again. She ignored me for a few minutes and then finally asked what I needed. I told her the situation and finally got a towel to clean it up. All in all I used to love going to sip n but was less than impressed this time around.

You are all so kind & helpful when I come to Payson Sip-N for my cravings! I just wish you could’ve kept your original gluten free sugar cookie. It was so yummy, it didn’t have that “you-can-tell-it’s-gluten-free” taste to it! That new one just isn’t for me. But thanks for the smiles every time I visit!
