This beautiful little spot serves the best Mexican & seafood in the area! We were delightfully surprised by the food & the service. Every plate we’ve tried so far has been beyond expectations. The atmosphere plus freshness feels like you’re near the ocean. The authenticity & unique flavors are setting us up to try everything on the menu! So far, we’ve been impressed by the whole fish plate, enchiladas, quesatacos de birria, aguachiles & carne asada. 10/10 recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Snapper Mexican Food in Payson, Utah was fantastic. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in—the waitress was very welcoming and attentive. The Taquiza Snapper was incredible, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The chips came out warm and paired perfectly with the salsa, which was a great touch. Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back.

Was hesitant initially as I am particular with Mexican food, but was ecstatic after my first bite. Everything was delicious- tacos de pescado & taquiza street tacos (plate) - we had to try fish, chorizo, chicken, pastor, and carne asada tacos! Queso was 4/5; wouldn’t order again to save room to try other entrees. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion. Quality was exceptional, as was flavor.

The food has always been fresh, and portions are generous. It’s a good place if different people in your group are craving different things. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, and service has been friendly. It’s a solid local spot that offers something a little different.
First time coming to this restaurant, we loved it! the environment the food was very good and the service was good too! Genesis was very kind with us and very attentive. we will be back for sure!

I was exploring Payson for a client and not from the area. I popped in for lunch. I was wanting a salad and there wasn't a salad on the menu. The server said that they would make me one. I took a chance and it was delicious! So healthy, fresh and flavor full ! Service was awesome and the atmosphere is great! I can only imagine how good everything else is !The only bad thing for me is I live too far to go regularly.

Definitely need to visit! I had the quesabirra tacos they were delicious! All the other dishes my friends got looked amazing too. Everything was plated so nice and some even had flowers as decoration on the food. Super cute!
