Sometimes these taco trucks park in Delta UT, but they’re just a titch less tastey than the other tacos in town, and about twice as expensive ? if you’re in delta, just go to the Mexican place in front of Tractor Supply

We tried the carne asada street tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. Ask the food tasted fresh and delicious. I also really liked the green sauce-- it tasted like tomatillo and cilantro sauce.

Those street tacos were fantastic! Should have taken a picture. I haven’t had street tacos with so much meat included in a long time. Ordered two, but it was enough for 4 good sized street tacos and was filling. Friendly service also.
