The service and the restaurant was good. I did get the new spicy nacho cheese sandwich to try. Overall I don’t not recommend because it was so spicy it was hard to eat. I will just go back to ordering my usual. That’s what I get for trying other things on the menu 😅 the cookies are only 89 cents grab a cookie with your order!

We thought it would be cool to try the app. Pulled into the parking lot, as we finished up our order, a couple walked in. Then more and more people came. The app said our order was ready to pick up a few minutes after the estimated time. I went in, and they said, "Sorry there was a rush, we will start yours soon." we are already 20 minutes longer. Wait than if we walked in or drove up. DO NOT USE THE APP, THEY BUMP YOU TO THE END OF THE LINE INDEFINITELY. Hopefully, we get our food, and hopefully, it is decent.

I used the app to order. Go to pick it up and the workers tell me I didn’t order or they didn’t receive it. I gave proof of order confirmation number , screen shot of the app that says my order is ready for pickup and a screen shot of my bank account showing they gladly took my money. He told me he can’t refund anything cause he never received the order. The guy was being a complete prick to every customer and even the other workers. Just don’t waste your money here. Not worth the hassle over a stupid sandwich. They are crazy if they think I’m giving them a free 10 bucks.
They were quick and friendly. Just 2 employees knocked out a rush in no time, and it seemed like doing it without breaking a sweat

My son ordered online for the first time ever today and they couldn't even get my sandwich correct. I got the steak and cheese footlong sandwich. When I got my sandwich it had no cheese on it, no aoili sauce on it, which I requested and even though I specifically chose untoasted, it was still toasted. I also marked salt and pepper but the person making the sandwich was so heavy handed with the pepper that I could barely eat it. My son has decided that we will not be ordering online again because we need to see how the sandwiches are being made so it can be done correctly.

I placed an order online. When I arrived, no one was on the speaker. I pulled around and was told the headset wasn't on - fine, whatever. I explained I had an online order under my name, and was told they hadn't received the order. I explained what was in my order, and they shared they couldn't find it. I said thanks, and drove away as to not hold up the line. I called later in the day to explain I had been charged and expect a refund, but since the order wasn't in their system there was nothing that could be done and I would need to try the app. This was an online order. Very frustrating experience and I will not be coming back.
I did an order or online pick up in store. It said that my Oder was at the store and ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes. So I go to pick it up Oder is there the entire time until I get to the store then my Oder disappears but I’m still being charged for it. The man at the counter was being very rude right from the beginning not just with me but the other customers that were already in there as well. I’m not sure if you can cancel orders after them being sent into the store but if you can I’m 100% sure that’s what happened but I will never order from this location again.

This is the first time I have had to deal with having to explain how I wanted the sandwich at the beginning s they could write it all down and they still got it wrong and for paying almost 40 buck for three sandwiches not going back
