Waited 15minutes for 3 basic sandwiches and received 2 with bread so burnt it should have never even made it as an option to sell. On top of that there was only one other customer there and it still took 7 minutes for us to even place our order though the drive through. When we got to the window and waited 15 minutes for us talk to an associate for them to take a form of payment; the person who was receiving our card to pay had to check again to see what we ordered. All in all it felt like no one knew what was going on with our order or how to handle things efficiently.

Normally, I love this location. It’s easy. It’s a few minutes away and usually the workers are great. I decided after driving for a while getting back into town. I wanted Subway, but I didn’t want to have to go inside so I opted to use the drive-through which I had used a couple times before worker comes onto the intercom takes my order. Has me pull up to the window and leaves me sitting there for half an hour and I kept waiting and waiting Being patient and after all that time, I still never never got the opportunity to get my sandwich And the second it hit That 30 minute mark, I decided I was fed up and drove off because I was not being helped and sure enough I rounded the exit of the drive-through and there are TWO cars in the parking lot. Needless to say i am very unhappy with how my experience was today.

I’ve been coming to this subway for years but Missys customer service is the reason why I’m writing this review . I’m currently eating my salad and a family of 6 just came in and she handles the rush so gracefully. Keep it up Missy

First ordered their new Nacho's, employee asked if wanted double meat for a extra.080 , barely had any steak. Secondly ordered a footlong sub with all veggies some veggies done right other's not so much. Thirdly when did they start asking for a tip. Sit-down restaurants don't ask it's a option depending on service and food, that's how subway should do it. In this case went through drive through and speaker broken so had to order at the window and pay prior to getting my food, they asked if wanted to leave a tip, being new to this and not knowing food quality and service said no. Wonder if this affected my order and how it was made. Shouldn't have to reward employees to ensure a good sandwich. Probably will get future sub sandwiches from other competitors. Would not recommend the Payson location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Brooklyn at Subway. She’s seriously amazing at her job friendly, fast, and super professional. You can tell she cares about making your order just right and always has a great attitude, even when it’s busy. She keeps the line moving without making anyone feel rushed and brings great energy to the whole place.

If you go to this Subway, definitely hope Brooklyn’s working. She makes the experience 10x better!

Big Boy R!ot

A pretty good reliable sandwhich shop! The manager seems like a good guy. Though there is some weird contention in the workplace with the other employees. The few times I've been in there has been an older gentleman who kinda (and not in a creepy way or anything) will glare at the girls he works with, a I think a younger man on one occasion. It was very odd and did distract him from the sandwhich which was layered kind wonky and fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it, I didn't mind too much but my housemates were a bit pissed. It's happened multiple times with the same man there. Not trying to get him in trouble or anything but it's a glaring issue 😅😅😅

Very clean, staff were happy and helpful and the food was fresh and crisp. This was a quick pass through visit to the area and was glad for a healthy dinner choice. I had the new BBQ chicken which was fantastic!

Went today to go get nachos and a drink during lunch waited patiently at the drive thru was asked to wait I did so ordered went to the window had to wait another 10 mins for them to open the window to tell me it’s not ready they really got to get their shit in order , whoever was the man at the drive thru needs to be written up not okay absolutely terrible service

Drew (Wren) was so amazing. They were working the drive-thru and lobby all by their self today. They were quick, efficient and very nice. Was a wonderful experience and they went the extra mile in labeling and separating the different sandwiches.

I've gone several times, different days and times. My sandwich has ALWAYS been perfectly made. I'm partial to the club. All staff except 1 has been courteous, respectful and kind. I haven't seen the 1 since summer. Thank you for excellent service.
