Jen from the payson taco bell was very rude when I was letting her know SHE forgot part of my order. I wasn't even mad, I get that that happens but she just interrupted me when telling her I came back to pick up the remaining order like she asked me too and then handled the order to her coworker with anger and just looking at me with anger too. It is sad but I do come here very often. I guess not anymore, just because of Jen. I am aware nothing it's going to happen, but just wanted to let everyone know. They make mistakes and then get angry at you when calling them out I guess. Just plain rude. Edit to add: They just left a voicenail and turns out Jen, it's the manager. XD

This is a well cared for taco bell 🔔 even our large orders are spot on. The family is very happy when we go here.
Vegetarian options: It's all unhealthy. The ingredients are not good for you.
Dietary restrictions: They cook the food in plastic. So BPA.... HOORAY.
You shouldn't neglect your customers, sat there for 15 minutes for them to acknowledge I ordered. Must have bad luck, this is the 2nd bad experience at your location. There will not be a 3rd.

I ordered a burrito supreme and it came out cold. I went back through the drive-thru line to ask if they would give me another one that was hot. Got the new one and it was cold too. Seriously guys?

Outstanding service, great employees. The food was well-made and delicious, and prepared efficiently. It *can* get busy at times, but usually only around the standard meal times. Even then, the wait isn't too long, esp. inside.
Vegetarian options: It's NOT vegan, but the 7 layer burrito is vegetarian and I think I noticed a few other options on the menu, which is well-written and detailed.

We went through the drive through and it was nit when busy, we got 4 boxes, one cravings.box and rhr other the cheesy street chalupa tacos, they didn't give us any of the beefy cheesy burritos that were suppose to be in there and only gave us one hard shell tacos and nachos supreme. My hisbands cravings box was good, but the other 3 were not. Makes me angry. The girl at the drive-through was more worried about donating to whatever charity they have and being rude than getting our order right! They were not even busy, very disappointed, especially when you pay 40 bucks and don't even get what you want! I do not recommend this Taco Bell! Don't waste your time!!
