Placed a mobile app order for pickup and it took about 30 minutes past the ETA to be ready. Employees were not helpful and avoided engaging with customers waiting at the counter. The restaurant was dirty, and the food prep area visible from the counter was especially concerning—food on the floor and splatter on the walls. Overall a disappointing experience.

Whoever is working 1 pm at the window was very ignorant, rude and very unhelpful, she got our order wrong and instead of just expecting that she made a mistake she was rude and made everything so much harder then it needed to be

I’m sick of PAYING for extra cheese and meat and then not even getting meat on one of my nacho orders.
Two years later, I still pay for extra cheese and they still don’t give me the extra cheese. An entire side of nacho cheese for a dollar to not even get it. At this point I’ve thrown $500 in the tacobell cheese trash. I couldn’t even tell the kid because he slammed the window in my face without even saying “Have a nice night” the kid with the blue hair is rude to me at the drive through every time.
Edit 12/04/2025- Another trip to Taco Bell another $3 taken from my wallet without the food in return. I LOVE the chips and Cheese. How do they get messed up so much? Honestly?
12/18/2025- Why make someone pay the price you do for cheese if you’re not even going to fill the cup half way. All four cups are the exact same way. About to start driving to Spanish Fork for Tacobell. I spend almost $10 in just chips and cheese everytime I come. They’re the only nachos in town I enjoy. Why ruin it.
12/20/2050 I can’t even give this tacobell stars anymore. Ordering on my app at the store and watching for 45 minutes, only the drive thru has moved or been helped. It has been constantly helped, people have come and gone. My order should have been ready 20 minutes ago as it’s almost 9:05 when I finish this and it’s not done now that I’ve taken the time to write this and take screenshots STILL. Help the people standing and waiting. This is so backwards. You get a one for tacobell food. I should have driven to a different town is not something we should be saying nor something you should want.

I worked at a Taco time many years ago. I love the food. The Payson location is about the only TT that I will ever go to. Taco time seems to be disappearing. What happened? You had locations everywhere! The cashier I had in Payson the day I went was great. She was very attentive and professional. I dont remember her name , but I think she should get a very good raise. And/or bonuses. She is great. She was an older (50 something) if memory serves correctly. Please do what you have to to keep her.

Worst service every. No one will greet or talk to you. If you have a problem and talk to the manager she will get mad at you and talk about all your concerns very loudly with a friend.
Went here today's (Tuesday) a little after 12PM and order two cantina chicken tacos.... this is what I got. Completely unacceptable to pay $3.50+ for a taco to get very little protein and almost 0 cheese. Will not be visiting this establishment again and you shouldn't either till they have some kind of damn quality control
