Most of the older female employees are super rude and unprofessional. Food is decent. Drinks are great when Crystal isn’t slamming it down in the counter annoyed that she has to do her job. Mornings are the best time to go:)

DO NOT GO HERE RUDE EMPLOYEES I came to Taco Bell, Thursday, July 10 at 1:15 me and my friend were just laughing because we just got off work and we are excited to go to Taco Bell and the lady was like what do you want and we said can we have a minute and then she said you guys are being annoying, taking too long which I thought was just kind of rude because I work in the food industry as well and I would just never treat someone in that way. And then we were laughing because we were talking about getting 12 cinnamon buns and then she said you guys are being annoying. I can’t even hear you I’m gonna kick you out if you keep talking like that. We were just really surprised because it was so random and we hadn’t really done anything wrong.Anyway, we go open our orders in the car right after and my friend and order 12 cinnamon buns and she only got nine and I got a crunch wrap with only lettuce and tomatoes in it here’s a picture for proof. Honestly, I’m just so disappointed with this service because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat but not anymore.😭 it seems like there’s LOTS if bad reviews on here so DO BETTER!!!!!!!
DONT COME HERE i don’t even know what to say i went through the drive through and got asked what i wanted to order and i said go give me a minute and she gave me like 5 seconds and i repeated that i needed a minute and it happened again and then when i tried talking the drive through person ignored me and then talked over me. and me and my friend were laughing because i ordered cinnamon buns (the 12 pack) because its an inside joke and we laughed a little about it and the drive through person told us that we were being disrespectful and annoying (her words not mine) and that she would kick us out if we kept laughing. but we weren’t even laughing at her. and then we pull up to the window and we waited 25 minutes just to get our food and we literally only got three tacos. then we looked at our foods and one of them didn’t even have any meat in it just lettuce. so disappointed talked to the manager, but the manager said she had every right to do that. hire a new manager and drive through person DONT COME HERE

I have a good experience with the staff here most of the time. Drive-through is mostly efficient, and the in store is always nice and kind to interact with. I did have one experience that made me not want to go back ever, but the options are limited in Payson and that hasn't happened again since (2 years ago).
I got to the lobby around 10pm to order and pay with cash. I made my order at the kiosk and waited damn near 25 minutes before I walked out and gave up. The couple people there ignored me and just focused on drive thru. I work fast food so I understand needing to get good drive thru times but ignoring not only myself but 3 other people for that long without saying a word is ridiculous. Do better night crew
