If you're looking for semi-cheap food that has decent quality, this is a good place to go. However, it's not always the best and the quality is constantly changing, mostly due to how long some of the ingredients have been sitting out. The service is decent, though it's purely teenagers in the afternoon and they seem very under-trained, almost always needing assistance with order taking.

Food is decent but the service is terrible. I'm not sure who trains workers and the managers on customer service, but they need to do better. There is no kindness at the window, 9/10 our order is wrong in some way so there's no quality control, and I ordered door dash thinking it would be better but they gave my food to a random Dasher and now it's almost an hour late. I called in to let the manager know and there was no offer of refund or anything really. Please train your staff to do better.

10 minutes to get order placed at drive up. Then 7 minutes to get the food. One taco and one bean burrito. Taco broken. Not good. Will not be back.
I have loved Payson taco time for all the years of my life that I can remember. But why does everything taste like cinnamon now? Why? Everything! I don't love that. My whole order... Crisp pinto bean burritos that were cinnamony. Only my dogs love that! Fix it.

Food is pretty okay it’s just the service that’s terrible. Ordered a chicken taco, got a beef taco. Honest mistake on their part. Came in and kindly asked for it to be fixed. They were extremely rude about it and took 10 minutes to fix it.. There was no one else in the building or drive through…. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Best Taco Time location in UT. The food is delicious and freshly made while you wait. The lady at the register (walk-in order) is ultra courteous and goes out of her way to make sure that you have a great dining experience and all your needs are met. She’s successfully setting the bar that much higher for other fast-food establishments. Will visit again.
Everytime I come to this taco time they put the ranch sideways and it spills everywhere. If they could stop doing that maybe I would eat here more.

Before my grandfather passed away, he and my grandmother were regular visitors to this place, forming close relationships with the staff and cherishing each visit. As a token of her love and appreciation, my grandmother created a painting that still graces the walls of the building. I highly recommend.
