I understand that you know they’re busy in the morning, but maybe you need to hire more employees or pay them better. Either way the service was not very good. I had to continuously ask for ketchup, sugar, and creamer for my coffee let alone my coffee I had to ask for it before they sent me on my way in the drive-through And when I kept asking for more stuff since it was not in my bag, the lady kept getting irritated every time I kept asking for something so she probably needs to learn how to make sure everything is in the bag if she doesn’t want to get irritated with requests if she done her job properly the first time

The service was welcoming and friendly, the Frosty was chilled perfectly, and a napkin, straw & spoon were provided along with a receipt from the cashier. Excellent visit!
