We get food from this location on a regular basis and we have always had good experiences however the service has been horrible lately! we ordered food using the APP and when we got the food home we were missing 4 burgers. I attempted to call the location and no one would answer the phone. I searched and found a Dairy queen corporate and they wouldn't answer either. So here I am publicly shaming this organization for a horrible experience and a lack of them attempting any accountability. DO BETTER DAIRY QUEEN!

Had a terrible experience arguing with a terrible employee about getting a simple sauce packet. You could have just given me a $0.20 sauce pack because of the online order issues and misunderstanding. But you decided to lose a customer forever and gain an enemy who will actively fight again the entire brand and franchise now.
Trash food, Especially Trash workers, and sky high prices. This location only exists because people who stop right off of the interstate literally have no other choices close by. As soon as another place gets built you are screwed.

I purchased a hamburger and within 30 minutes off eating it, I got food poisoning!!! I was driving to South Utah county and had to stop several times. The pains were so bad, I thought I was having a heart episode! I called them to report it and left a message
Frozen treats are usually good. They wanted to charge me 50 cents for fry sauce.... Not extra fry sauce just to have one packet for my fries. Flies every where. Customer service wasn't great either.

We got three shakes, two smalls and one mini and the mini is basically the same price as the small. They got two of the orders wrong and the ice cream tastes as if it was made from water, not creamy hardly at all. Not worth the calories and definitely not worth the money. Dairy Queen has definitely gone down hill sadly.
