We found a total of 5 different hairs in our food between a cheeseburger, fry’s, and cheese curds. Along with ordering a double cheeseburger completely plain (only patty and cheese) and we got it with mustard ketchup and pickles. Disappointed and would not recommend this location.

Ordered a Choco brownie extreme with chocolate base and it had white swirls in it so I think it was made with vanilla base. It was too liquidy and not dark and chocolatey enough. Not enough brownies in it. Mediocre. Have tasted better at other location. Mini was only 7 oz and cost $6. Next time get a small or medium.

Me and my parents got there 5 minutes before closing and they denied us and said sorry we are out of food but that was a load of crap because there was literally french fries right in the serving window. I think they all should be fired and replaced because we are all starving and we can't eat much but a cheap sandwich tonight because they were too lazy to even try.

The chicken were over cooked. The price was exorbitant because it is off the freeway. There were no locals because they were smarter than Travellers. Do not go here.

My son and some friends decided to mountain bike from North Fork to Mantua. They took a lot longer than they expected and didn't bring enough food or water for the trip that turned out to be longer than they expected. We picked them up in Mantua and took them all down to the Dairy Queen for burgers and shakes. They devoured their food and all felt much better. I grabbed a burger as well and it was absolutely delicious even without having expenses all of my energy. We will be back.

Waited for ever at the counter with no one in front of me to put in an order and she had no time for me. Terrible customer service and you can tell she works by the hour. I went to eat somewhere else and I’d recommend you do the same
We accidentally made an order to the wrong location and the only way to cancel is to call. They wouldn’t answer the phone. We made the drive down and when we got there we were told that the managers tell them not to answer any phones so it is impossible to cancel any orders. Super crappy to have a phone number and refuse to answer.

They messed up my order again. And then they remade it and it was still wrong. And this time they added onions which I'm allergic to so now I'm probably going to the hospital for an allergic reaction. Every time I go there they mess up my order in some way. They can't follow simple instructions.

I only go for the blizzards but they are VERY inconsistent with the ingredients. There is never enough candy with the regular order, so I always order and pay for extra. Sometimes they really give you extra but here lately I pay for extra but it seems like I ordered a regular. Just wish I would always get the extra ingredients when I pay for them.
