The chicken were over cooked. The price was exorbitant because it is off the freeway. There were no locals because they were smarter than Travellers. Do not go here.

My son and some friends decided to mountain bike from North Fork to Mantua. They took a lot longer than they expected and didn't bring enough food or water for the trip that turned out to be longer than they expected. We picked them up in Mantua and took them all down to the Dairy Queen for burgers and shakes. They devoured their food and all felt much better. I grabbed a burger as well and it was absolutely delicious even without having expenses all of my energy. We will be back.

Waited for ever at the counter with no one in front of me to put in an order and she had no time for me. Terrible customer service and you can tell she works by the hour. I went to eat somewhere else and I’d recommend you do the same

We accidentally made an order to the wrong location and the only way to cancel is to call. They wouldn’t answer the phone. We made the drive down and when we got there we were told that the managers tell them not to answer any phones so it is impossible to cancel any orders. Super crappy to have a phone number and refuse to answer.

They messed up my order again. And then they remade it and it was still wrong. And this time they added onions which I'm allergic to so now I'm probably going to the hospital for an allergic reaction. Every time I go there they mess up my order in some way. They can't follow simple instructions.

I only go for the blizzards but they are VERY inconsistent with the ingredients. There is never enough candy with the regular order, so I always order and pay for extra. Sometimes they really give you extra but here lately I pay for extra but it seems like I ordered a regular. Just wish I would always get the extra ingredients when I pay for them.

Stopped here to get my daughter a kids meal while on our road trip. We ordered chicken strips and got a sundae on the side. We repeated the order to the cashier like 3 times because she just wasn’t getting it even though it was just a kids meal and a sundae. We got back on the road to discover they gave us a cheeseburger kids meal instead and gave us the wrong sundae as well. It was a pointless pitstop so we had to stop somewhere else to get a correct order.
Pretty quick service. Love to stop for a burger and blizzard for the road.

This is the second time this has happened. Thought it may be a fluke the first time so we gave it another try. Ordered a medium banana split blizzard, it had hardly any mix ins, and what was mixed in was on the top like 3 bites- the rest was just plain vanilla ice cream. Super lame especially when you’re paying pretty high prices, for very lousy product. Super bummed, probably won’t be back since it’s happened more than once.

Terrible service and appalling portions for the astronomical prices this chain feels they can screw customers out of. I purchased a chicken tender meal this last summer because the picture in the drive thru showed a decent sized tender and meal overall. What was actually served were 4 miniscule, overcooked, hard as a rock THINGS that even a dog would turn it's miserable up to. I received a tremendous amount of flack when I returned the meal. It's one of the top on my list to avoid.

We get food from this location on a regular basis and we have always had good experiences however the service has been horrible lately! we ordered food using the APP and when we got the food home we were missing 4 burgers. I attempted to call the location and no one would answer the phone. I searched and found a Dairy queen corporate and they wouldn't answer either. So here I am publicly shaming this organization for a horrible experience and a lack of them attempting any accountability. DO BETTER DAIRY QUEEN!
