Service was super slow, lots of mistakes with the order. Food was not great. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food. The sandwiches were not made the way we ordered them. They were not fresh when we got them. The “remedy” to the sandwiches not being made correctly was to go get me some bacon after I had already finished half my burger. I declined the bacon, but she brought it anyway. We will not be returning to this establishment. Way too expensive for subpar food and service.

Really cool, old-fashioned style drive in. Servers are prompt and helpful. The fries are SUPERB! Perfectly crispy with great flavor. I had the buffalo burger and was very satisfied. It was cooked well and came out fresh with great toppings.

The burgers are fine, nothing special. It is fun to have a bison burger though. The fries on the other hand were amazing!!!! 10/10 The pumpkin shake was good.
We usually love Maddox, we’ve been coming here for years usually even the drive through is fresh, the fries are perfect and everything is delicious. We like to dine in too the handmade rolls are the best and it seemed like the buns on the drive through burgers were the same homemade quality.
It’s too bad really cause this time the food quality just did not seem the same at all, we noticed right away that the buns seemed different like just from the store and the fries were over cooked and not good at all like they used to be. Not sure if it’s worth stopping at the drive through anymore.

This was my first time going to the family drive in and I don't know if I'll ever go again. I waited over a half hour just for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a shake. The fries were cold and the shake very bland (I didn't even think that's possible with a shake! ) It was raspberry and I don't think they put very many in it. My chicken sandwich was really good which might make it worth giving this one more try. For as much as it cost and the horrible wait I was really disappointed.

First time here and we will be back! Super cute place with DELICIOUS malts, cheeseburgers and homemade root beer. The coleslaw was tasty too. they did a great job accommodating a gluten-free, lettuce wrap burger, which was generously wrapped in nice lettuce. The service was incredible and our server was very generous and kind. The beef is fantastic and malts were very malty! Loved the Oreo malt and the chocolate malt. We also tried a marshmallow banana shake - so good. Didn’t love the fries but that’s a personal preference. Others in the group liked the fries.
