This is a really good place in Brigham City, UT. This place is huge!!!!! Lots of parking!!!! My wife and daughter had the sirloin steak, but it was a bit too overcooked. But the rolls and the butter were great. I will definitely give them another try

We went on a Friday afternoon with reservations and still wanted 20 minutes to be seated. That's how good this stuff is. Wonderful service, even better food. Fried chicken, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, rolls, raspberry butter. It's all incredible.

4 generations have been frequenting this restaurant. I remember the historic log cabin where my dad and I would stop and get fried chicken. The owner (Irv Maddox) would talk to my dad and reminisce about the old days. His wife (Wilma...I think) was always the cashier. Irv would joke with my dad a bit and say, "You can never be sure of your next meal until you've eaten it." My dad would tell Irv after our meal was consumed, "I have 'eht' too much!" Old timers bantering back and forth, not sure why that was so funny but the memory is worth going there still. Halibut is excellent. Real mashed taters are heaven. Salads are cold and fresh. Everything is perfect.

Food here is always on point. Our server was totally on top of it. Gave great suggestions, knew his food menu well and what to pair with what. Our food didn’t take long to come out, especially being there with a large group. Never had to ask for refills on drinks or bread basket. Our experience is always great here. Definitely recommend if you haven’t already.
