The nice young lady made the experience amazing. I wish I knew her name. It was Black Friday early in the morning like 7:00 or something. Super friendly engaging like what customer service should be. Everything came out perfectly. The drinks were great. The food was good. But it's nice to have amazing customer service so I wanted to make sure I relayed this information back to her 😁

Kind thoughtful staff makes for a relaxing experience. Asked for a Christmasy drink in the middle of September, not only did it turn out great but the Christmas tree on top was above and beyond. Thanks for everything (and helping me forget about traffic!).

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for years and prefer it over any other I’ve been to in Utah. The staff are always very friendly and upbeat, it’s always very clean and welcoming. I don’t know why, but the coffee tastes the best here too AND they always top me off with a big dollop of whipped cream (which is my FAVORITE) more than any other location. Today, my husband went over there to get me some coffee and mentioned to the barista that I’ve had a hard day. She wrote the sweetest note! Thank you, and whomever manages this location is doing a great job and the employees here better get treated right.

The Pleasant Grove location staff always make me feel so welcomed and they always do an amazing job and provide the best customer service. Everyone is always so happy and nice.

I commute from Payson to Lindon to work and will always go to this location because of the lovely staff and my go to frozen Mr. B’s is made perfectly each time! ☺️

I asked for a matcha latte to be shaken cold and have no ice in the cup and the employees were rude and gave me extra ice? If the employees can’t shake the drink then I would prefer them say that then them being spiteful and rude. Terrible experience.

Jeremy, Vanessa and Kait H. made my day today! I came into beans with a bad attitude, dreading my late shift and the environment and positive vibes I felt while I was there was amazing and turned my day around! You can now call me a frequent customer if the service like this continues! 5/5 😍

I hope management can praise these two ladies I am about to list, but Jayde and Oaklynn are two phenomenal woman, and they make a great representation of the term “customer service!”
I have been working in front of the store on State Street during construction and the times I have come in to use the restroom, they have been super friendly and welcoming! They always have a smile on their face, and even though I was not to buy anything, they still made me feel welcome in the store. Again I hope they can receive the praise they deserve because they should know how amazing they both are and that I will drive out of my way to buy coffee here at the 855 W State store just because of their friendly and positive attitudes!
