I went in and the barista's were rude, and unprofessional. Once I had my drink, and sat down at the lobby it only got worse. The barista's were talking about how much they disliked certain customers. They talked about changing there availability to no longer work truck days, and about calling in sick on truck days. It was an awful experience. Just because you're miserable doesn't mean you should make other people the same way. I would never go back.

Last two times I have been here has been a big disappointment. My Mocha was terrible such a waste of money for a bad drink.Edit: All of my drinks have been wonderful since going back! If you want to try something different try a blended matcha or the Mexican hot chocolate. So delicious!

This coffe shop is one the best coffe shop here in utah county. The fresh coffe taste is in each sip, from beginning to end. The staff is extremly chill and friendly. They are prompt with the orders, and there is never a line. I would recommend Beans and Brew to anyone looking to get a fresh cup of coffe and chill relaxe environment.

Um... fifteen minutes in line and they still couldn't do a simple coffee correctly, and of course they ask for a tip... to hand me the wrong coffee. This is why we make coffee at home. Thank you for reaffirming that your store is useless.

Really disappointed in the inconsistency. They were also experiencing technical difficulties today, and their CC machine was not working, they were taking down CC #'s which I was absolutely not comfortable with. Luckily I had cash, to which they said they couldn't provide change, which was fine I guess, but none of this was discussed at time of order. What a nightmare. The inconsistencies of my drinks and the issues experienced today, I'll never return.

you can count on them not putting expresso in the overpriced drink for sure, then its a hassle to make it the same shade as the picture! the are ether taught this by the store manager or too lazy to make it right? ether way dont expect to get what you pay

Whoever made my drink today literally made my entire day. My car was broken into this morning so I was feeling pretty defeated and depressed. But after getting my drink, like no joke, I cried when I realized that they had drawn a little cat or fox on my lid. It was just so cute and sweet that it cheered me up instantly. Everyone there was just so kind. To top it all off, my drink was amazing. You guys are awesome!! :) thank you!

Has gone downhill fast. They're too focused on expanding and not focused on quality. They have 2 locations almost a mile apart.Has gone downhill ever since they decided to take all that government money that was supposed to go to employees. Instead they opened a bunch of new stores and they all have lost the quality.
