Got my order wrong three times. It was a mobile order. In writing. There's literally no reason it goes messed up this much.

Sure, there are occasional mistakes here and there, but to all the negative reviews, it's Burger King; this isn't a 5* restaurant, so chill a bit. I adore this location. The staff is above and beyond friendly and eager to help you, and the food is surprisingly better than expected. I understand this place is a franchise location, so whoever owns it, I can tell the hard work you're putting into it. Keep it up!

I had completely given up on Burger King after having terrible experiences at every location I had been to in Utah, but a trip to Korea for a few weeks got me back in the mood for Burger King because their locations are top tier in terms of service, cleanliness, and food quality. When I saw this new location open up in Pleasant Grove I really didn't know what to expect, but I was absolutely surprised that it reminded me of the Korea locations. Each time I've gone the service has been very quick, everyone has been friendly, and the food tastes fresher than any other Burger King location I've been to in the US. This is my new favorite location when I'm having a craving for a Whopper. After staying away from Burger King for so long, I've been back to this location again and again.

This was the biggest waste of $10 I have ever made. The sandwich was burnt, the chicken was cold and it was just discusting. I will never go here again or any Burger King for that matter. Stay away from this place. Pathetic excuse for food.

We have been to a few locations just recently, the location in the Orem Walmart has the best service. They were incredibly kind and patient with my 6 children. They anticipated my needs and brought me extra items to help with potential issues. I have now received the same levels of care at other locations, so we tend to only go to the sand hill Rd in Orem, location. I don't find their food all that great, but knowing me and my crazy crew will be treated so well and respected... It's worth it.

There is something horribly wrong with this BK. Stale buns, undercooked fries, long wait times regardless of how busy it is. It's a brand new location. I think they trained staff wrong as an experiment to see how bad they could make the experience and still make money. Could someone from corporate swing by and audit this place?

Changing from 1 star to 5 star because these guys rock now! I had a bad experience and left a bad review a few weeks back. I swore I wouldn't come back. I took my kids back here because they wanted to try the new purple whopper. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite the huge order we placed.
I've come back a couple more times and been really happy with their service. The location has really turned itself around, and I perhaps got a bit too frustrated from a single bad experience... But they have definitely earned 5 stars

Nasty meat taste like cheap ground meat was bought at Walmart.... burger was cold and nasty cheap flavor I will never eat there ...argh!!! ???
