Ordered a large combo with onion rings instead of fries. The onion ring container was not even half way full. If I pay for a large, shouldn't I get a large?

Just stopped in to order some food. Used the bathroom first walked past several employees. Came back out and walked past several employees on my way to the counter to order. Had 2 employees walk out from behind the counter and not acknowledge me . Stood there for 30 more seconds put my card away and walked out. No wonder burger king is failing.

Fresh and delicious! Wasn’t as speedy as some drive thrus and they forgot a nugget, but all the food was fresh and the employee was very polite.

Getting into town late and tried pulling through the drive through with a horse trailer but couldn’t fit. Unfortunately the lobby was closed. The manager crystal and employee Alejandro noticed our situation and came out to take our order. Said it was no problem at all and were both so kind. You don’t get customer service like this anymore and we were shocked at how convenient they made it on us. Thank you again!

Learn how to follow instructions plz. If it says no lettuce, don't put lettuce on it. If the order is for sprite, don't give me lemonade. Whoever was working 1:00 am on 8/16/2025 please be better or don't work in fast food

My whopper was cooked great and the service was fast. However, they put on a lot of sauce and it took away from the other flavors in the burger a bit. Plus it gets soggy too soon.

It’s ok… they are ALWAYS messing up something. Today seemed to be more than one. Got the brisket jr whopper, had no brisket on it… my kids didn’t get their drinks to their kids meals. (Not the first time missing drinks either)
