Waited in front of the drive thru pick up window for 5 minutes. I made eye contact with multiple employees but no one would come. Finally I knocked on the window and they gave me my order.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the drive up window. They need to get that together.

Food is great, service was great, restaurant was clean, but you can't eat the food if your knife can't cut through the tortilla.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Worst chipotle I have ever been too. They said they had 0 pico, quac, or lettuce, but were saving it for online orders. On top of that the staff moves SLOW. Will take 25 min when they have no customers, night female manager has a terrible attitude and 0 customer service.

ordered through the chipotlane, the lady takes my name and proceeds to ignore the lane for the next 20 minutes. About 12 cars and multiple getting out of their car to ask me what’s going on I knock on the window, she gives me the food and calls me an asshole?

Horrible experience!! As I made my order TO GO! The guy gave horrible service and made me feel dumb because I didn’t ask him for a to go bag. But gave the customer right before me one happily. I am so upset and will never come back here again. Chipotle do better and have your employees treat ME AND EVERYONE ELSE AS ONE!!! So very ignorant. The worker was a Mexican male who was very ignorant to me a Polynesian women. HAVE SOME DIGNITY AND SOME RESPECT.

Ordered online and waited in the drive through 40 minutes past the time they said it would be done.

A worker who had curly hair with blonde ends , and glasses had a lot of hair in his hat and apron. His clothing was full of what looked like dog hair. The workers should have clean clothes. I do not trust the food I'm eating, if the workers don't have clean clothes.

Stood in line while employees ignored me and the other people in line. Seemed to have “more important” things to do. Not the same service or experience as other chipotles.
