Chipotle Mexican Grill

I regularly eat at chipotles everywhere I go. I’m very particular with my order and the portion size. To date, this has been my best experience. My bowl was loaded, everyone was kind, very clean. Thanks, PG Chipotle!

Ordered catering for a pick up at 11:15am, walked in at 11:20am, they hadn’t started to build my order. No one wanted to make eye contact with me or give me any updates…

Food is always solid but the SLOWEST service I’ve ever seen. It’s like only one person is working. I thought it was a one time thing but this is the 12th time I’ve been here at 9 pm and it takes me 15 minutes to get through a 2 person line. We need change

I literally got mostly lettuce- I asked for light sour cream bc I’m sensitive to it and he globbed it on and he put so little rice and meat in there that I went home and made my own rice

I do not normally leave reviews but it’s gotten bad over here. It seems like there’s only ever one person working(takes 15 min to go through the line in store). Other employees are on their phones. But worst of all is they don’t give fair portions:(. Definitely the worst location I’ve been to in Utah.

The girls that worked the line and cashier on October 2, were both condescending and rude. We asked one question, and were given looks like we were stupid. They continued to exchange those looks our entire ordering experience. The Pleasant Grove location needs some job training on how to treat people with respect.

Manager giving out free food to employees who are off shift while customers are waiting. Only 1 employee working on orders while the manager talked to other off shift employees. Online order over 20 minutes later than quoted

You know what you are getting with Chipotle. I believe their guacamole and queso blanco are grossly overpriced so I don’t get those additions and their bowl with chicken is reasonably priced and tastes amazing. I could eat here very often and the staff are friendly and professional!

I would do 0 stars if I could. Ordered food and they messed it up. Added a promo code and they said it didn’t show up so wouldn’t do it. Ordered again just to see if the code worked (paid again for the same meal) and said promo code not valid.

This location is ridiculous!!!

Compared to other chipotles, this one is definitely meh. The main reason I go is for the vinaigrette salad dressing. I went to times in a row at dinner and they were out. I was told by an employee that they could easily make more in just a minute but the manager told her no. The third time I came here at lunch and they did have dressing, but the service was sooooo slow. I’ll probably just go to the other locations from now on.

These employees are amazing, they have a great service. I am a regular customer and I’ve never had such a great service from anywhere else, the workers even greet me by name. 10/10 experience!!

The line is Sooooo slow!!!!

Renee was so sweet and helpful and was so accommodating with some dietary restrictions I’m working with right now! She went out of her way to help me get just what I wanted and was so kind. Very impressed!
