I recently placed a DoorDash order from this location and ran into a few frustrating issues. For some reason, there is no option to add a cinnamon tortilla or cookie in the DoorDash menu, even though I know these items are sold in store and I’ve ordered them from other Costa Vida locations through DoorDash before.
Since this location is so close to the American Fork hospital, I assumed the ordering system would be dialed in, especially for delivery orders. Unfortunately, the “special instructions” option is also turned off for this store, so there’s no way to request an item that isn’t listed.
I tried calling the store to ask about it, but the phone number listed routed me to a customer service line where I waited for quite a while. Eventually someone answered from what sounded like a different store in Pleasant Grove, and I never actually reached this location.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to try to add a simple item to a delivery order, especially when you’re just trying to get a cinnamon tortilla for a pregnant mom. Hoping the store updates their DoorDash menu and that Costa Vida improves the phone routing so customers can actually reach the correct location.

Go to the American Fork location. The meat in PG is grossly overcooked. Skimpy on portions. I love Costa Vida, but won’t visit this location again.

Very knowledgeable and gracious with regard to our need for GF food. Many out there are GF by preference, but those of us with celiac disease don't have that choice, so it's wonderful and comforting to receive the care and attention to detail provided by the PG staff (and all staff whatever Costa Vida we visit).

We eat often at Costa Vida in PG. The food is great as is the service. Anthony is amazing not only with his employees but he is great with the customers. Anthony does a great job of setting the tone with his employees for great customer service!
First and last time I'm ever eating at this place!! The drive-through took over 10 minutes because the girl was trying to get me a tortilla that I asked her I did not need except she ignored me and continue just to do what she was doing with the window closed. She gave me the wrong chip dip. she barely gave me any guacamole in the bowl. There is still room in it for more. Going to chipotle from now on.
