We get food here often. It is easy and pretty good food. We always takeout but it is very noisy.

probably one of the worst costa vidas I’ve been to as far as customer service goes. I was the only one in the store with about 10 employees at the front and they just completely ignored me and went about talking for about 10 minutes as I just stood there at the counter waiting to be helped. Finally someone acknowledged me and then set my order down at the register where the cashier girl was sitting under the counter and I just waited for about another 5 minutes. Multiple employees watched me waiting and no one told her to check me out they just let it continue. Need to hire or train better 💗

Service is good at this location. This location is a little popular. The lines tend be a tad long, but they get you through at a reasonable speed. Speed Description: Walked in hungry and didn't get hangry before getting my food after waiting in a fairly long line.
Always busy but even with a long line they move fast. Plenty of seating even when very busy.

We don't eat there often and I don't know why that is. Someone gave us a gift card. The food is great. My wife and I like the protein salads. Our favorite is the sweet pork.

This is one of the better Costa Vida restaurants in the area. At other locations, you're often fighting for parking and waiting in a long line. This store is well-managed and the lines go through quick. When ordering via mobile app, they usually have it ready when they say it will be ready (not always the case at other locations).
The food is superior to their competitors. I've rarely had any issues here. I live 1/4 miles from one location, and pass a second location to get to the location in Pleasant Grove.
