The food is delicious and I really appreciate so many gluten free options. The sister bakery down the street is likewise phenomenal. The only things that could be improved are the long cook times and the stark atmosphere.

Took me 32 years to visit this place in my town. I am very disappointed.
Not melted cheese. Very small gluten free sandwich, and pay the same price of the normal big sandwich. Wow sad Didn't put sour cream on my soup. Did not give me the bacon , no Bbc sauce . Too many children working there,. I am chef and nutritionist. No professionals there to at least guide them. I didn't missed anything during my 32 years not going there. My own fault to not listen to my guts.

1st time there and in Love!! Got the Gourmet grilled cheese with artichokes, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and cheddar cheese along with a bowl of tomato basil soup. Thought I’d died and gone to heaven! Yummy!!!

Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The bread is perfectly toasted, the cheese is melted just right, and the flavors always hit the mark.
The staff gives genuine recommendations and make you feel like a valued regular, even if it's your first visit.
Portions are generous and the quality is outstanding. If you love comfort food, Cravings Bistro is absolutely worth a stop. I highly recommend it to anyone in or around Pleasant Grove looking for a great meal in a laid-back, inviting spot.

This photo is all the extra cheese that was on my sandwich after I stripped it down to a normal amount of cheese. So come here if you love to drown in melted cheese. I want to avoid heart attack, so this place is not for me. The tomato soup is good but they only give you about a teaspoon of it. I don't plan on coming back.

I 100% concur with many of the reviews for this restaurant. The food, in fact, is actually pretty superb. If it weren’t for that, I’m pretty sure this restaurant would’ve been out of business a long time ago.
The biggest drawback is the wait. We ordered two sandwiches and two small fries and waited 26 minutes. There was also another party that was in back of us in line that got their order before us. They have a sign over the door to the back that says, “When you are wondering what’s taking so long, remember that this is GREAT food, not fast food.“ I’m kind of surprised that management would put that sign up and would highly encourage them to take it down. It’s like they have become resigned to the impossibility of making their food any faster and are unaware that almost every non-fast food restaurant, even more technical food than sandwiches and just as fresh, makes their food much faster. It sounds like they have some major procedural issues in the kitchen.
I think if they can cut their wait time in half almost all of the bad reviews that they have will be resolved.
So I just spent 70.00 here for lunch. Ordered a grilled cheese then decided to upgrade to deluxe grilled cheese. Paid and set down. They came to the table and said they didn't charge for the upgrade. I said ok let me know the difference. He said we won't start your sandwich until you come up and pay. All this after spending 70.00 dollars.

I had a great experience here today. The restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches to choose from. The service was great. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was just okay. One problem I had was with parking. It's real hard to find a good place to park. Otherwise, this restaurant is worth trying.

Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches in many varieties. I had a granny smith apple and cheddar with a red onion mayo. The apple added a crispy tartness. I highly recommend it! It is located in a warehouse style location with an industrial feel. Casual and friendly. It is counter order then the food is brought to your table.
