We have been a frequent customer of the PG Crust Club since you opened. Our favorite has been your chicken enchiladas. This weekend we purchased one for our Sunday dinner. In the past it has fed 6 adults. Today it barely fed 4. It was overly saucy, very little chicken that tasted like canned chicken, no green chiles that we could see, and what little tortillas it had were mushy. We noticed the price was higher and what used to be a heavy pan of casserole was half the weight and volume as before. We have recommended your food to neighbors, family, and friends through the years as quality food and reasonable prices. So disappointed!!!

We were excited to try Crust Club but honestly our experience was laughable. First we got a completely wrong order, getting hand pies instead of the mini pies as we ordered (so way less food than we planned and paid for) and then the other pie was the completely wrong pie (the egg and sausage-not great- instead of pizza pie). We also got pasta and it was still cold (but a little too soggy for our liking) when we ordered it warm. We also had to wait for half an hour after we were told our order would be ready soon. We usually give anywhere we eat a second try but after this I don't think we're even interested and don't plan on recommending to anyone.

Had to wait 40 minutes to pick up a single chicken pot pie that I had ordered far in advance. Not sure why it wasn’t ready when I got there, but I’ll never pick up again. I’d rather pay the delivery fee and get it on time.

So sad, crumbl ruined this place. Insane vampires sucking the money out of everyone who likes something different to eat. $5 for one cookie that took .50 to make. Pies are smaller and cost more. Not sure the quality is the same either. Happy for crust club to make their money. Hopefully they got a good deal. If not, what a lose/lose.

The menu isn't the largest but the food is good. I really liked the Mac and cheese. Potatos were some of the better restaurant potatoes in have had. They were real potatoes.
The chicken pot pie was really flavorful.
I would like to go back and try other pies.

Great food and quality, but WAY overpriced for a lunch option.

Quality has unfortunately gone downhill. Feels like they have made some changes to save money. The turkey in the gobbler pot pie (a previous favorite) was actually kinda gross and I wouldn’t eat again. Way less chicken in the poppyseed chicken too. Also bring back Zuppa Toscana.

As a recent widower, I didn’t want go to friends or neighbors for Thanksgiving so I tried Crust Club. I had the Gobbler baby pie, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, coconut cream baby pie and raspberry cream baby pie. I split everything in half (I’m a lite eater). That meal was ever so tasty and close to what my wife used to to make at Thanksgiving. Thank you Crust Club for making a delicious meal at an affordable price. Oh yes, the staff at the St. George location are awesome. I give it 5++++ stars.

Let me start off with the food being good. We ordered delivery from Crust Club in Pleasant Grove, and everything arrived warm and ready to enjoy. I decided to try the single-serving chicken enchiladas, while my wife opted for the single-serving chicken pot pie. She chose the green beans as her side, and I went with the mashed potatoes. Each item had a homemade touch, and the flavors were satisfying and comforting.

I was thoroughly enjoying my meal until, unfortunately, I pulled a long, dark brown hair from my mouth after taking a bite of the mashed potatoes. I know things like this can happen in any kitchen, but it was a bit of a shock and, understandably, put a damper on the experience. The food was good, no doubt, but that one hair on my first visit left me hesitant to continue eating.

Overall, I’d say the food is good enough that I may consider giving Crust Club another shot in the future. Once I’ve had some time for this initial “hair trauma” to fade, I’d like to return and see if a second experience can match the quality I was tasting before the unfortunate incident. No hair would have earned them 5 stars but I had to deduct 2 stars. If it was short and Curley I would have given 1 star but luckily it wasn’t.

I love the food here, but I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting for a "ready to bake" pie with three screaming kids 😭 now I gotta go home and still cook dinner 😞

I first have to say I was so excited to try Crust Club. I had seen many posts about it online. We actually live quite a distance from the location in Pleasant Grove, but we had a reason to be down there on Saturday so I was excited to place an order for pick up at 3:30. We wanted some of the items hot and some of them cold for take home. It was a fairly large order and the price was high in my opinion. Our hot items were a Personal Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta, side of Mac & Cheese and a Sweet Pork Burrito. My daughter ordered the sweet pork burrito, it was just okay, at almost 10.00 it was a smaller size portion and it would not have been filling for most men I know. My daughter felt it was heavy on black beans and not much pork. The Mac and Cheese was decent, my husband thought the noodles were over cooked, and that is saying something because he is not fussy about his noodles being al dente. My granddaughter ordered the sun-dried tomato pasta, the Italian spices they used were a little bit strong, even I felt that way.
We ordered four savory hand held pies to go cold, three chicken pot pie, and one pizza hand pie.
We baked 2 of the chicken pot pie hand pies the next day as per the enclosed directions. The crust was nice, it had a good color to it, but the overall filling was largely diced red potatoes and a few carrot chunks, the chicken was fine pieces, and not very many, the gravy had a decent flavor, it reminded me of the spices in stuffing. I said to my husband now I know why gravy is on the menu, the pot pie was dry, especially because it was so heavy on potato. To this point, we weren’t terribly disappointed, but we were not wowed in anyway either.
Then came the 4 pack of sweet hand pies. We ordered a Boston Cream Pie, a Raspberry Cheesecake, a Lemon and a Chocolate Cookies and Cream. All had cream fillings, with frosting/glaze on top. The crust … truly I don’t understand the crust. I read review after review before writing this to see if I was the only one questioning the crust on these. The reviews I read didn’t mention anything about the crust on the sweet hand pies to my frustration. The crust on these sweet hand pies was doughy, white, not baked to any degree of color or flakiness. It could be because having a cream filling it cannot be baked long enough to achieve a golden flakey crust. That comment shows my lack of understanding of pie baking, and I apologize. The filling of the lemon, Boston cream pie, and chocolate cookies and cream were good. The raspberry cheesecake was not to any of our liking, way too sweet and the raspberry jam was not even, mostly at one end. I truly try to be super fair with my reviews as I rely on the reviews of others when deciding where to eat or what new places to try. I wanted to love this place, a new one is being built in South Jordan which is much closer to where we live. At this time I don’t even know if I would give it a try. With a 15 percent tip this was $76.36. Sorry I took the pic midway through eating out items, I usually get a photo before. The photo show how white the crust was on the sweet hand pies, it tasted doughy, the sweet pork burrito was shy on pork.

Went to pickup my online order this evening. Pickup was 7:45. Pull up to the drive thru and they tell me the system's down. I look up my order, they take it. After 5 minutes they come back and say they've refunded it and that they have "honest to God, nothing" that I ordered. Ester and Riley are apologetic, then defensive and extremely unhelpful. I express they call the owners. They through my request back in my face, "you call the owners". I was frustrated at them.

It's not uncommon for me to go through the drive-thru and they don't have what I want. I have not been to this store in months if not a year because of these previous experiences.

What's special about this experience is the order was placed online, earlier in the day, and they still failed to provide me the services I paid for.

No coupons, gift cards, compensation of any kind was offered for Crust clubs failure and wasting my time.

I have asked my family to not support this business anymore. I will not be returning. This company and the employees I interacted with are extremely unprofessional and continuously provide a terrible experience.

Missed one of my hands pies and gave me frozen gravy and when I went to go reheat the gravy the oil separated and just sat on top.

Ordered hot but they said their ovens were broke. Ordered mashed potatoes no gravy. I will try them again and see if they can deliver next time. Everyone has off days right? Overall it was a bit pricey but food was decent.
