Joshua was a great help! Awnsered all our questions despite us stopping by just before closing, Our food was excellent and they had everything out to us in less than 5 minutes! Will be back for sure!

I got a mini pie combo with the chicken pot pie and Mac n cheese. It was so good! The flavors were so bomb. Only complaint was no fork or napkins, so I got a fork from a nearby place.

Had a cheesecake raspberry pie. Threw it out. Couldn't eat it. Way over sweet filing with a bizzarely thick glaze. Crust was flavorless, not crusty and meh.

I hate to do this about one of my longtime favorite restaurants, but it has really gone downhill the past couple of years. The Gobbler Pot Pie this year was inedible. Call it a sweet potato and mashed potato pot pie with a cranberry or two. Why did the recipe change so much? Most of our favorites dishes are no longer on the menu. The ones that remain no longer taste like they use fresh ingredients (we believe they are now using canned meat). At least the pie crust tastes the same. Crust Club is no longer the restaurant it used to be. Service gets 2/5 because the drive thru can be really slow. One time last year we got stuck in a legitimate 40 min. drive-thru line to pick up our preordered pies during Thanksgiving week. Not sure why it takes so long when it is just a pickup line. We are really sad and miss the old Crust Club.

The food has always been delicious but I have been very disappointed. I bought four gift cards from them as Christmas gifts and every time I went to use them they have said they’ve changed the system and I can’t use them so come back another time. It’s been 3 years that I’ve been trying to use them not one employee can figure out how to use the gift cards that were previously paid for. I have been in at least a dozen times to resolve the issue and still no help in resolving this.

Crumbl may know cookies but they are hot garbage at pies. They have ruined the gobler. They changed the recipe and it’s barely edible. It used to be the best thing on the menu and now it’s terrible.

I love their food but their loyalty program is probably one of the worst I’ve seen. I have over 70 food apps and this is by far the worst one. You have to spend $250 just to get a $10 credit… what makes it worse is that they don’t ever do deals/coupons/promotions. Sounds like a greedy business if you ask me.

Updated review: They have definitely made improvements with both of these things. They changed their loyalty program to spending $100 gets you a $5 credit and they have been having more deals recently like BOGO. They even have coupons in a coupon calendar that I get sent in the mail. I’m pleased with how my feedback did make a difference.

We mistakenly avoided this place for months because we thought they only provided bake-at-home things! Turns out that you can get personal-size savory pies, sides and more hot n fresh.

We needed a comfort meal and this was perfect. The personal pies are a great size for one person, maybe even too much.

We split and shared the bbq mac and the chicken pot pie. Both were incredible but i favored the bbq mac.

For dessert I had to try the Boston Cream pie and it did not disappoint in the least. The chocolate was surprisingly great and the filling was unbeatable.

Also thought the prices were really reasonable. Good job Crust Club.

Price felt a little high for what you got. The potpie looked great and tasted great. The white chicken enchiladas had a delicious green chili flavor.

Very low quality food. We tried two separate meals, both gave our family terrible stomach aches. Will not be going back.
