I ordered a thin crust pizza and cinnamon twists. The pizza was completely burnt. The cinnamon twist had barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Employees were nice. Highly disappointed with the quality of the food.

I hate doing this because I am a business owner but holy cow this place is a joke.
If you walk in the store you would likely get sick to your stomach with the people and cleanliness.

The pizza maker was licking her rubber gloves right in front of us when she would get sauce on her hand. The other guy would step out every 5 minutes to take a smoke and come back in and it would just reek of cigarettes. And the guy taking our orders had long greasy hair that we found in our pizza. And his clothes were covered in who knows what and smelt of sour BO.

Then to top it all off they got our order wrong and got butt hurt when I brought it up.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they just seemed to screw up every part of the experience.

If you like paying $45 to wait 2.5 hours for delivery when you live 7 min away this dominos is the one for you.
I definitely could have gone and picked it up, and honestly I should have. But I don't think there'll be a next time for this place.
The delivery driver blamed it on her delivery app, but why not just use Google maps in the first place?
I'm not one to leave a review and I'm usually really patient and understanding, but this was a horrible experience. It was a disaster.
Maybe get your app fixed 🤷‍♂️

We picked up some cheesy bread and it was doughy, went back to get a replacement... doughy again.... quite gross. Cook your food longer guys!! You also keep forgetting the sauce on the tots and the bacon is stringy and tendony. We won't be back to this location.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. My orders are always wrong and the quality is horrible. Today I ordered 8 piece wings and this is what I got. Almost no sauce and one of the “wings” was not a wing.

Food was fine and all as far as taste and whatnot. But when they gave me the wrong item and I pointed it out and asked for the right thing; I had to sit for 45 minutes in their lobby before getting my SINGLE remade item.

The entire reason for this is simple; nobody ever followed through with actually helping me or making sure the order was even put in the oven until they found it weird I had been sitting for 30 minutes in their lobby

It is is 11:51 pm, and this pizza is immaculate. All credit is dues to the employees on shift at this time. I order this all the time and it's never been this good, thank you.

Domino's you really need to get it together. I worked for you for years through college at a different location, loved working for at Domino's would've previously recommended it to anyone. That said, this is the last time I'll be back unless corporatecan find a way to fix the fiasco that was today's experience. 🤦‍♂️

I had to go in to order because the app wouldn't work and because no one answered the phone. I had a free item on my account because apparently it's super difficult to get a stuffed cheesy bread without jalapeños. 🤬

I ordered in person this time and asked for a receipt because I was quite confident the order was wrong based on the price, I was told I'd get the receipt with my pizza. I should've demanded it right then because nearly nothing about my order was correct after waiting 40 minutes for it to come out of the oven. I GIVE UP!!!

Bless it this location needs a full overhaul. Honestly- there’s nobody in there who seems to take any pride in what they are doing. It’s just awful. So disorganized. Such bad customer service. My pick up order was 30 min past the pick up time- finally after giving them my name 6 separate times they found that me
Order has been just sitting there getting cold on the shelf. But they weren’t about to fix or remake it - just handed it to me and walked away.

Ok?? I guess this location is a definite “avoid at all costs”

Cheese, is there supposed to be cheese on it?
The crust was ok!
What about hair nets, there was more hair helping me than bodies! I am not one to exaggerate, come on, this is a food establishment, not a hair market.

Sdked and paid for extra topings and sauce, got neither asked to have other fixed, told no, asked for a refund. Told no,and asked to leave. Pretty sure the cutter was eating toppings of ours ND others pizzas

Parking: No parking at all, unless your handicap,then there is just one spot
