Domino's Pizza

I have eaten food from this location multiple times. To be honest everyone had always been so great and friendly. I am only making this post because I witnessed something that truly grossed me out. I was In the store waiting for my order to finalize when I noticed one of the team members who stood behind the plexi glass, he was kneading pizza dough and his long sleeves were touching the dough and he had bare hands. This normally wouldn’t be a huge deal as I am sure they have handwashing policies. It was when this team member left his post to answer the phone by the register. He sat there on the phone and pushing the touch screen computer, at one point a gloved co-worker who was kneading dough came over to help and took over on the phone and the screen. As she did this the long sleeved boy went right back to kneading the dough….. bare handed. Not very clean! Made me worry about all hygiene policies in this store.

My wife order a couples pizzas from this location. A hawaiian and an extravaganzza. After picking them up they were not the right pizzas. we called and they said they would make the correct ones for us but after picking them up again they were still not the correct pizzas even though the receipt they gave us said hawaiian and extravaganzza. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I’ve come here probably 20 times. 5 out of the 20 times they’re 30-45 minutes behind schedule. The pizza tracker says 10 minutes when I order, and then it takes over an hour. Some of the workers have been kind about it, some act like they’re really bugged like the one I just talked with. Won’t be coming back. There’s another dominos up the street that’s consistently on time.

The green hair lady is super, super nice! I came in at 11:05 at night and everyone was really nice and very helpful. The new guy there was great at taking my order, and the food I ordered was really good and was done in almost five minutes. Everyone there was just super friendly and I’d love to order from this location again.

My girlfriend requested a pizza that was square cut. The pizza was not square cut. The manager was super helpful with getting it resolved. This was the best customer service I've received. Thank you.

Somtimes when you order online weird things happen. And yesterday was that day. However, this store had no problem with making it right! The staff yesterday were so welcoming and professional. I will definitely return!

Got a couple pizzas and cheesy bread for pickup. Surprisingly I have traveled all around the states and have gone to dominos all over and have never had my order messed up. Until this location. Really it wasn’t horrible. I ordered extra marinara, there was hardly any, one of the pizzas were kind of burnt and for some reason the cheesy bread was very small compared to others. Just slightly disappointing but everyone has their bad days.

I am a multi unit franchisee with another brand and take customer service very serious. That being said, I hardly ever give a bad review because I see first hand that mistakes happen. This one deserves a public 1 star. After my pizza was delivered to my neighbors house, I found it, but the 2L Coke I ordered was missing. I called the store and explained what happened. The store manager Vivian confirmed that I had paid for the soda but told me I would have to pay for the soda again if I wanted them to deliver it since they were short on drivers and it was rush hour. I told her that’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. She said that’s what they’re “trained to say”. Absolutely wild! Will not be ordering from here again and will contact corporate with this feedback as well.

Very unprofessional

I met with friends at this location and was the first one there. I was so thirsty and asked for water. The lady at the front was so nice and gave me a bottle free while I waited for my friends :) love this place, thank you!!!

You need to fix your website so people can order. Spent ten minutes logging in because I already had the store chosen but then it made me put in a zip code and choose again. Then the website just got worse. When it was finally going to let me check out, it gave me an error on the captcha and wanted me to start all over again. Fix it to where it’s not like this.

I have been ordering here for years.. years! Even rated as a 5 star before. However, the last 2 times we've ordered from them they delivered it to the wrong address. Today they told us it was our fault, and that we'd given them the wrong address... After already reporting on their app that it was delivered. Bro, all you have to do is look at our order history. You used to get this right all the time. And we used to be loyal customers. Maybe pizza hut can get it right.

The good news is they at least gave us refund. I'm still hungry though.

Ordered two pizzas last year. They arrived cold and one had the wrong toppings. Tried to eat the other but it tasted terrible!!!!!! Threw them away and never going back.

Quick and good customer service when our order got picked up by someone else, even added another topping.
