Dutch Bros Coffee

I love dutch bros I come here all the time. Problem though is anytime I get a coffee drink with almond milk cause im allergic to dairy theres is little to no flavor it just tastes like coffee and my mother says hers tastes better with regular milk.

Is a busy location, not sure if worth the 10 min wait in line but the drink was chill and refreshing

Always quick and easy. Staff are always friendly, courteous, and get my order right every time. More affordable than other large chains. Not on the BDS / boycott lists lol when I ask for extra caramel drizzle they make it happen, and when I ask for half sweet it’s never still too sweet or too bitter like some other places can be (yes, I’m looking at you starbs). Thanks DB💜

I feel like there must be an excellent work environment at this location - every employee seems happy to be there, and treats each customer with enthusiasm and kindness. Not to mention the drinks are better than Starbucks 😉

SO DAMN GOOD! I am a coffee snob and I LOVE Dutch Bros - this location is my favorite even though it’s a little out of my way.

Aside from the coffee, hands down one of my favorite things about Dutch Bros is their customer service. Being a business owner, I’d love to pick the brain of whoever designed their employee trainings - they do it right and make it authentic! The setting is fun but chill and every single employee is fun, happy, kind, and makes it fun to visit every time!

typically not one to leave reviews but truly, the baristas at this location are some of the genuinely most amazing and kind humans i have ever met !!! i go out of my way to come into this location specifically because my day is made literally every single time i come through this drive through. they always put in the effort to remember my name, my order, and are always recommending new drinks and asking about my day- the NICEST people ever! love my pg dutch 🫶🏼

loved Dutch Bros for a while, but I’ve only recently decided to make a review to show just how much I appreciate this place.
One of my favorite things about this place is their employees. only ever had a few negative experiences and they happened so rarely that I barely even think about them, but the positive ones are the ones that stick with me and they happen almost every time. this, especially at the Pleasant Grove location
Just tonight it’s 10 o’clock by the way, I met a lovely Barista named Lauren. she gave me a suggestion of what to try because I was having a decision paralysis. She was so kind and understanding and help me choose some thing that I absolutely love. We also just chatted for a little while, while the other barista was making my drink and it felt so nice to connect with someone who is so genuinely kind and willing to chat and have a good conversation. This has happened multiple times where it feels like you’re connecting with old friends instead of meeting a barista for the first time I truly love this shop and I’m hoping if you haven’t tried dutch bros and you’re considering it i hope that this will urge you to. the drinks are so good too as a side note

I always get a super weird americano with blue raspberry and white chocolate in it. I get it everywhere I go. Today I stopped by this location, and I’ve got say, Vixie and her coworker made the best one I’ve ever tasted. They set the bar high this time around.

Waited 15 minutes and paid for a drink full of espresso grinds.

I just came throught the drive thu to get some coffee and McKay was absolutely amazing and he told me it's only his 3rd week! Not only did he help me out but my boyfriend doesn't like coffee tasting drinks and he helped me out so easy on that! He was so kind and so very sweet :) McKay certainly doesn't deserve a single mean customer with how kind he is.
Also week 3! Give this guy a raise! He was acting like he been there for 5 years, knowing drinks and the recommendations for some. Round of applause 👏🏼. From a fellow person in the customer service industry, sales even. He did absolutely AMAZING! and we need more people like him. And less Karen's! Thank you McKay for such amazing service ❤️
