Food was great!

Been here several times and they are so slow. You need to hire more staff. Most of the negative reviews are about this. You don't even respond to them you tell them to go to your website to report them. Stop copping out and actually respond to the criticism that you get HERE.

I came in the other day and the general manager was in and he was giving his employees so much crap and being so mean to them and being so disrespectful and very inappropriate to them all and asking them very inappropriate questions about their personal lives. They did such a good job, the food was so good and they were all so nice except for the gm. He was so mean and then turned right around and was so fake, sickly nice to all of the customers. Those employees deserve so much better, he should be fired.

Stopped by to grab some food a few days ago before my shift started and was upset to see how the manager treats his employees, I believe he said his name was Juan. He was very rude and was scolding some of the girls for their beliefs and interests of sexuality. He is respectful to the customers but not to his employees. One of the girls was crying while the others seemed to be getting very agitated over the conversation which is not work appropriate. He was also calling one of the girls nasty for some type of sore on her neck. I don't believe in that type of behavior coming from a manager so I will not be returning ever again.

I visited this location on Sunday, January 11 and ordered two bagels with smear and one tub of smear. I was told my total was $15.35, but when I checked my bank statement later, I was charged $18.35. I did not leave a tip, so the unexplained additional charge is very concerning. I was told the tip screen is only on my side and I must have pushed it.
When I called the store to ask for the owner’s contact information, the manager on duty was unable to provide it, saying only, “I think his name is Mark,” and then told me I could “probably find it” myself. This lack of professionalism and accountability was frustrating and unacceptable.
The product quality was also extremely disappointing. The bagels were very small, smaller than my palm, with no hole in the center, more like a plain bun than a bagel. I ordered a cinnamon and sugar bagel, yet it had everything bagel seasoning on it as well, which is completely unacceptable. The overall quality and attention to detail have clearly declined.
Between the incorrect charge, the poor customer service, and the subpar food quality, this experience was unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and will most likely not be returning.

Call me a negative person. I’ve been three times to this location. You’d think since they just opened they’d have there shit together. They don’t. Every time my order has been messed up. Got a turkey bacon avocado. They gave me an egg and avocado. Got a jalapeño cheddar bagel. They gave me a normal bagel. They forgot my drink until I complained enough for them to make it.

The food was surprisingly bad, had to throw it all away. Too bad, I hope they improve.

i asked to get my sandwich toasted and it was untoasted and hard, their drive thru is never open!! and one of the managers with glasses is always outside smoking cigarettes so close to the building!
The only thing consistent about this place is how consistently disappointed I am.
It takes forever to get your food, have forgotten items from our order and the bagel sandwich looks and I imagine tastes anything like advertised. The eggs are always overcooked, rubbery, and grey. The bagels are also flat and feel like they’ve been steam rolled.
Super disappointing.

Visited after the lunch rush - cozy place to get your bagel 🥯 fix. Love 💕 that we have a place like this close to home - conveniently located in the same plaza as Walmart and next to a burger 🍔 spot.
Got 1/2 a dozen of varieties: blueberry, cheesy hash brown, plain, jalapeño cheddar. 6 gets you a free spread of your choice! Service was good - although needs a bit more a personal touch.

First and last time at this location. Sloooooow service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. They weren’t even busy. Drive thru was closed.

I was appalled to see how the two girls with the badly dyed red hair treated the other female worker wearing a blue shirt. I hope they aren’t any kind of shift lead or manager, it was just plain mean girl behavior. Anyways, the girl in the blue was extremely kind and patient, lucky to have that kind of worker in the store.

Didn’t take bacon off a sandwich. Forgot my drink until I said something. Didn’t change my bagel to what I wanted. Cooked.

I’ve been going to Einstein bagels for years and have never had a worse experience. The staff was rude, dismissive, and they messed up our order not once, but twice. Drive the extra miles and go to another location.
