As a guest the staff and service seemed very professional. The space was beautiful but the building has a lot of echo so it got loud and was hard to hear announcements.

The venue is beautiful but very pricey if you’re working within a budget under 12k, so definitely shop around more before settling. It also felt like they tried to take advantage of every possible way to make money. There were extra charges for so many things. I will say that most of the staff we worked with were very kind and understanding (we really loved working with Dawn), but there was one person we worked with that seemed pretty passive aggressive and uninterested in helping us plan our day, which made the experience pretty unpleasant. The venue also won’t allow other lighting companies to come in—instead you have to use their lighting partner who charges double or more what other lighting designers quoted me. I got a discount for using the same lighting as someone the day after me, and I still paid over $700, while another company quoted me only $200 for an even more elaborate setup. Their lighting company also sent me photos of my setup that were misleading about what was included (I had expected drapery) so I asked about it after seeing everything the day before my wedding. They called me the morning of the wedding as I was getting ready to let me know that they felt they had given me enough information to know what was included in my package and also said the photos weren’t misleading (even though both of the photos they sent included the drapery), but they were willing to give me a 50% discount on the draping if I still wanted it. Needless to say, after already spending over $4000 at the venue already (for only half the day with relatively few add-ins), I wasn’t interested in spending more. It was also really frustrating to be blamed for assuming the package would come with what was pictured—and even more frustrating to have that conversation on an already stressful morning while I was trying to get my hair and makeup done. Things still ended up going well the day of, but the overall experience I had with the venue wasn’t positive. If I were to redo my wedding, I definitely would do it elsewhere.

Our guests really enjoyed the space and we received many compliments for hosting in such a lovely location. Staff was great! We had so much fun at this venue! We disco theme and it worked out beautifully. The staff helped us so much and we’re always happy. The kitchen was perfect to use for our food and also for the drinks that were served. I would highly recommend this venue if you just want a good time for your event.
Just had the BEST experience at Grove Station for a ring ceremony and reception! Even better than expected! Dawn (from Grove Station) was our wedding planner and gave exceptional service and attention--worth every penny. Her awareness of event planning needs, vendors, and her attention to detail were impressive! I didn't have to worry about a thing and could enjoy all of the people! It was more than beautiful and I loved the feel of the entire evening. Hoping to use them again. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars!

Recently we had a retirement party for my father at Grove Station. The venue was beautiful and so clean. We loved the light and airy feeling of the building. All of the little details, from audio visual equipment to table arrangements, were prepared prior to the event. The contracts were easy to read and self-explanatory. Everyone had a great time sipping mixed sodas and eating snacks while reminiscing with friends and family. I even recommended the event for a wedding reception and had them get her informative materials during the event. Thank you Grove Station for making this such an effortless party.
