Charging for fry sauce is unreasonable. You’re iceberg! You’re the only iceberg I know that charges for it.
Huge onion rings. Tasty burgers and fries.

This is the best, new thing, that has come to Rexburg Idaho. I recommend the Rodeo Burger and some fries. get to shake it up also 10/10
Huge disappointment after being loyal customers… The ice cream has deteriorated now to nearly ice milk… substituting soft serve for real ice cream is a huge misstep. The shakes are what Iceberg is famous for (though we really enjoy the zucchini sticks and onion rings too). Now I don’t know that we’ll be coming back much. The feel of the ice cream in your mouth is different when it’s soft-serve. My daughter and I had the caramel pecan shakes in a chocolate base tonight. I understand that it used to be vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup added so that was okay, but now it’s just crappy soft-serve. And the pecans were slightly rancid… nuts should be kept in the freezer or fridge to keep their freshness if they aren’t rotated through as frequently. My daughter’s BLT was fine, as well as the fries, zucchini sticks, and mozzarella sticks. But the decent quality of them was completely overshadowed by the ice-cream (yes, I am mentioning it again… that’s how disappointing and off-putting it was). Shakes were a zero rating, with the food being four, so that averages out to the two rating I gave. The service was good- the young lady at the drive-they window was personable and darling.
Go back to real ice cream, please. Don’t mess with your biggest selling point: in this world of fakery, stick to authenticity.

No better shake in Utah. Simply the best and always consistent. Grab some tots while you’re there, you won’t regret it.

I can’t comment much, since my entire experience here is a root-beer milkshake from the drive through. They did everything right. But it wasn’t extraordinary to the point of 5 stars. My wife digs their Nutella shakes though, so that counts for something.

I love the Iceberg. I make it a point to visit every time I'm driving through Utah. The burgers are OK, but I'm a huge fan of their fried zucchini. They're huge and delicious. Also, there are about 40 flavors of very thick shakes.

Unfortunately, the cheeseburger and fries were pretty bland. And the drive-through took 20 minutes when there were just 3 cars ahead of me.
