My favorite place to grab a quick bite, HOWEVER they need to fix their dang drive thru speaker system! Even with my A/C or heat completely shut off, they still can't hear you and ask you to turn your car off, every single time. Then, even with that you can barely hear them! Been like this for years and they really need to do something about it. I've never been anywhere else that has those issues. Besides that, food and service is great. Occasionally they'll forget the chips so I make it a habit now to check the bag before I leave.

I’m really disappointed in the cost to get a half a sandwich sandwich and a bag of chips. You’re talking $15. The sandwich is flat very little meat in it very little sauces on it and tasteless chips. It just blows my mind. Dollars for this You get I think that is a rip off in today’s world. I remember when you could get a fools huge sandwich for 15 bucks now you get something that’s thin doesn’t taste that great very little sauce on it yet. You make 15 bucks off of people I don’t think that’s fair out of all the places there are to get sandwiches throughout Utah. Yours is the poorest quality for the Buck.

Freaky fast service. Nice employees! Especially RuthAnne and Kaitlyn. Fresh ingredients. Easy access.

Couldn’t order online. Because it wouldn’t take my payment. So I went thru the drive through. Waiting 20 mins. I just went and guy couldn’t hear me. It’s honestly the wind but had me turn off my car. I asked for both my cut in half. Only one was. And I asked for both of my sandwiches toasted. Only one was.i stopped coming here for a while and wanted to try there new sandwiches. Definitely not coming back. Place is just going downhill. They use to be so good.

This is the best Jimmy John's! I wish I could name every employee individually in this post because they are all so awesome! The sandwiches are always fire!

I will forever only go to the Pleasant Grove Jimmy John’s. The guy working the drive through was a pure damn delight. Asked me about my day, was super helpful. It really made a gloomy day so much better. Ivan? Ian? Not sure of his name but I’m just so glad he is out there talking to people. I bet there is an entire group of people whose life has been improved, even slightly by that drive through.

I love the Italian and Turkey with most of the freebies, although they took the freebies off the menu, but the workers don't mind listing them off one by one.

This location is always unorganized and always a problem every time I come through the drive-through. I’ll have to avoid this location because the young guys just can’t get it right in there.

They did not put the bacon on my sandwich that I paid extra for and my regular sized sandwich was on one of the little John loafs instead of the regular one. On top of that I waited in the drive thru longer than I’ve ever waited before. Overall very disappointing compared to my experience at other jimmy johns
