Ordered two sandwhiches with the new bourbon sauce and one of the sandwhiches was missing the sauce. Seeing as how the sauce was delicious I was sad to not have it on both. But I reached out and the manager Ian, with great customer service skills, made it right. Will come here again.

WE LOVE JIMMY JOHNS and we love the PG location. We have always had great experiences with this store and the employees. Shout out to Ian for helping when our sandwiches got a little mixed up and they made us our sandwiches again.

Ordered a few subs while they had one driver. Some issues arose with our delivery however when we contacted the store the staff was more than willing to make sure they made everything right. Really appreciate it guys, thanks!

Ordered a cubano with NO pickles and EXTRA mayo.
It looks like they gave me EXTRA pickles and NO mayo. Also, there’s hardly any meat on the sandwich.
Are you trying to be the next Chipotle?

Used to be a good place until JJ acquired Subway, and now it seems like Subway standards of cleanlinesss and service prevail, with slovenly crew (in appearance/personal grooming, work ethic, responsive service), lax sanitation protocols (keeping preparation area clean, changing gloves after wiping down tables or sneezing into gloved hand) and general transformation of JJ into a filthy Subway shop. When I called attention to these problems the crew on duty absolutely did not care. Never going back to JJ in Pleasant Grove.

I ordered 180+ Sandwiches for for a corporate event. They were on time and ready for me when I arrived to pick them up. The employees were very professional and helped load them into my car. Everyone at our event loved the sandwiches!
