Got food poisoning at the new Pleasant Grove location from the berry pecan salad. Horrible vomiting began a couple hours after eating (I know it was this because it was the only thing I ate differently from my family that day and they were all fine.)
Will be reporting to the Utah health department. So disappointed and I won’t be returning to this location.

I got some soup and a sandwich. Both of which were hot and delicious. You can tell its fresh and good quality. Even with a fair wait in line, it was very much worth it.

I was not impressed at all with their food. I ordered their equivalent of a French Toast and it was brought cold, chewy, and had to wait a lot.

Placed a delivery order. Ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado salad, which is my go to. When I opened the salad and took a bite of the Turkey it was dark, slimy and smelled spoiled. But I didn't notice it until I had taken a bite. I called the restaurant and the girl on the phone was great about trying to make it right. I did end up coming back in to get a new salad. It took them forever to make it, there was no one before me ordering food, or behind me. They must have changed the salad on the menu beside it was not the all white meat pulled Turkey it used to be. It was darker, had seasoning on it and tasted like a Thanksgiving turkey. Very disappointed if this is what they changed the Turkey to.

When we went to pick up our order that we had placed a month in advance, they could NOT find our order. They claimed we had not placed an order there. They said to call Orem. We asked for help, but they said to call Orem ourselves. I called Orem, who did not have our order, but Orem location took the time to figure out where our order was. Even though we had not placed our order with the Orem store, they (two workers) went above and beyond to find our order. The order was indeed in Pleasant Grove. They (Orem) called Pleasant Grove, who kept saying they didn't have our order (19 loaves of bread). Orem told them our names again and walked them through how to find our order. We drove back to Pleasant Grove Kneaders to pick up our order, and the workers there told us we had no order. I told them that Orem had called, and that PG had confirmed they found it. Finally, after driving back and forth between stores, Pleasant Grove Kneaders finally said they had our order and handed our order over.
Pleasant Grove Kneaders did nothing to compensate us for our time, travels, and troubles. We had prepaid, and I had the receipt, but they seemed uninterested in helping us. They seemed annoyed.
This was very frustrating, as we had done our part to place the order and pay well in advance, only to get the poor response.
Last year when we placed our order, it went well. We picked up our order, and the loaves were placed neatly in a box. This year, the order was not well taken care of, and the bread not only was not found right away (and took over an hour), but the bread was smashed into two large bags. Our gifts we were giving to friends were not the normal quality we would expect.
The bread is good, but service we received was terrible.

The food and service are garbage , not even a raccoon would eat it. Thats saying something.
I usually love going to Kneaders, but this location dropped the ball. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I was charged extra for putting avocado on the side instead of in my sandwich, and was given Simply orange juice when I ordered fresh pressed...
The drive-thru line only had about four cars, but it took roughly 25 minutes to get through. We waited about 10–15 minutes at the window. When we finally received our food, the eggs were undercooked and the extra bacon we paid for was missing. Overall, it was a very poor experience. This was surprising for Kneaders but I probably won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I ordered through the drive thru and was overall, just dissapointed with the service and the money that I wasted. I ordered a French Dip with a soup combo and nothing was hot. It was a lukewarm, expensive meal that I wish I would have gotten at a different location. I thought that because I was in line for a little over 20 minutes that it would be hot. To add to insult, I also noticed that my drink was 1/3 full of ice and the cup had already started to sweat and I can only imagine that it was because it had been sitting made for as long as I was in line. I get why this location had a 3 star rating and will continue to visit Kneaders, just not this particular location.Hopefully future customers receive better service and food.

The food and service was good, the only bad thing is the seating arrangements. All the tables and chairs are too close to each other. I’m an average sized guy and I was invading the seating space of the person behind me because of the spacing of tables and chairs. If you’re an averaged size person, you may want to rethink going inside to eat.
