They didn't bring our food out, we had to go and get it ourselves. It didn't appear they were cleaning the tables or picking up the trash or food on the floor. It is a nice McDonald's, it just needs some attention.

Absolutely worse McDonald's in Utah County, is it really asking much to be kind to people wanting to take an order? The lady running the drive thru was downright rude and made me feel awkward for wanting to order a mcdouble. I had no idea they couldn't serve them until 11. I do now. I have been here before and the food is amateur at best half the time. No standard or protocol. Stay away.

We went through the drive through and waited 30 minutes for our food before we had to go inside and see what was going on. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge us because they were all chatting with each other. When they did they were rude. On top of that, our order was cold and wrong.

What is with the ice cream machine always being down or being cleaned every single time I go here? All I have to say is if you like cold fries then stop in here you will get them! Customer service is basic. Food is always messy. And usually always cold or incomplete. But yet I keep coming back over and over again! Because I just can't get enough of their McChicken or double cheeseburgers but I love their soda. Dr pepper for me!

I ordered 4 large big machine meals, 2 of the new chicken and 2 of the original big machine meals. I only received one beef and 2 chicken big machine meals. T6did jix the order but the 2 chicken big machine meals, only half of them had half of the sauce and the 2 other big tackle meals came a normal. The 2 chicken big machine meals had only half with the dressing ls like the normal big mac meals. Not only were the fries dru and old, bit the chicken big mac's were only half of the fixings. It's kind of funny how prices go up,but yet the Mubarak the order and five uou colk fries and sandwiches when you are paying full price.... F U McDonald's for the half ass sercice
