Twice I’ve been to this location in the morning and twice I’ve had the same lady being rude for no apparent reason. 10:30, Jan 12th, Monday morning. Extremely rude service from the one taking orders. Very snappy. I just don’t understand. First time this happened I figured she was having a bad day. I doubt I’ll be going back to this location.

I ordered a few things tonight including a McChicken hoping for cheap comfort and got a sandwich that can only be described as aggressively mid. The bun was sad, the chicken tasted like it had signed a non-compete with seasoning, and the mayo was there out of obligation, not love. It wasn’t bad enough to hate, just bland enough to make me question why I hated myself so much. The teens working there looked like they had mentally clocked out sometime last week, moving with a slow precision like wheelchair bound seniors dreaming about life before their first hip replacement. No shade, I’d look the same if I were serving McCrapples sandwiches all day.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world. It’s the closest one to my house and I’d rather drive 15 minutes in either direction so i can actually get decent McDonald’s. Spending money here for my family to eat is a WASTE of money. The food cold and disgusting or filled up only half way. It’s rare that i get my full large drink or my full fry and when i do it’s either cold or the carbonation / syrup is out.

Horrible customer service! I’ve been here multiple times with multiple mistakes. My last visit they messed up 3 times & the worker to bring me out my food was the manager who threw the hamburger in my vehicle & walked off.

After waiting over 30 mins for my food they hand me some raw burger . I thought maybe I was crazy but I check both patties and the bun is soggy from the blood as well . I tried to get them to replace it they said they can’t do anything about it not their problem they’re too busy

Always a fan of some McDonald’s fries and their drinks just taste better for some reason. What I don’t get is why America’s staple “fast food” joint takes 20 minutes to get through a 5 car line in the drive through every time I visit.

Iwon't go back to the location on State street. The drive through service was slower than expected. The manager was yelling at her people who didn't seem to know where they were supposed to be. After waiting for a while at the window, she had me pull forward to wait for my special order. When it was brought out, after another long wait, it was still wrong which I didn't discover until we got home. Very disappointing.

What kind of kids fast food place DOESN’T have a changing table but a playground. Fries were stale. Had to order to my table and they called out my number and I didn’t know cuz I was in the playroom with lots of screaming children!!
