North Shore Hawaiian Shaved Ice and Dole Whip

Expensive, but really yummy!

I’ve come here for years and this year they changed the recipe for the coconut dope whip which is what I come here for. It was icey and had a filmy residue, taste was also very off. Won’t come back until they change it back.

We really actually like the snowcone flavors. The problem is that it takes so long and despite being the only ones there it took almost 20 min to get our snow cones. Also, one of our snowcones had a chunk of metal in it, which I’m assuming was from the blade. It’s on the corner of a very busy street.

if you wanna wait 30 mins for a mediocre snow cone while chasing your children next to the busy road then this is the place for you. the teenage employees were chatting with friends and had everyone’s order out of order. had to be reminded of missing things.

Shaved ice average, waited over 30 minutes, had to pay the babysitter extra to get the shaved ice.

I brought my kids here today, it looked like it was closed because the umbrellas were down so I pulled up anyway. The snow cones were good but there was a speaker playing very loud music while I was trying to decide what I wanted to order, I could barely hear my kids as I asked them what they wanted because it was so loud. One of the tables had dirty foot prints on it & the girl spoke so soft I couldn’t hear her…how about moving that speaker above the window of the snow shack instead of right in the customer’s face!…and wipe down the tables please.

First time here...Ice shaving machine and dole whip machine were all out of order...not able to try frozen treats

The dole whip is delicious!!

I went there to get yummy shaved ice. And they gave me a nasty shaved ice with lots of heavy cream. Basically was a drink. I wanted cream on top expecting the other kind but they gave me a nasty cupof heavy cream

I ordered a dole whip float and received mostly soda and a small amount of ice cream. I paid more for it too and am very upset with the proportion of dole whip when that’s what I was most excited for. I am pregnant right now and was really craving that and was let down. I even tipped ?

Good prices and flavors, the consistency was wayyy to hard though. Not soft shaved ice, if that’s what you’re looking for.

The pineapple coconut Dole whip is to die for! It is the same Dole whip you buy at Disneyland.Plus, this place has shaved ice $2 cheaper than any other shack in the county, from what I've seen.

Love this shaved ice place!!! They have so many fun toppings and the best dole whip! There prices are so good as well and there so many great sizes. There flavoring isn’t to sweet and there so kind with there customer service whenever I ask for more. They even came out and offered me a new snowcone as mine was really hard with old ice! Forever a customer love it!
