Terrible portions and service. Maybe have the cashier speak English so they can actually help customers🤯. Waited 15 minute for a mobile order that was sitting there waiting for me all because the cashier doesn’t understand simple English.

It’s Panda, but the food is always fresh and the service is always quick. Xiulan was genuinely very friendly, letting me try a sample of the spicy orange chicken.

Worse Panda I’ve ever been to! My chow mein tasted disgusting. My teriyaki chicken tasted weird with a weird texture even my beijing beef. My husband ordered the firecracker shrimp and steak for both of his entrees (we got the Plate) and he only had 3 shrimp in it. Never coming back here. I’ll just stick with Orem or AF locations.

Chow main was over cooked crunchy and old. We took the food to go so we didn’t find out until we got home. We called in to let them know and she said the same batch was still in the bowl and is fine. She said she can’t help that my taste buds are different. I told her my kids wouldn’t even eat them, when usually the noodles are their favorite. Not impressed with the management of this store. She doesn’t seem to care about her patrons experience.

Choose to have us wait for Chowmein even though there was plenty of Chowmen. So my food got cold waiting yet the customers after me and the online orders got the chow Mein. ... so ridiculous.

I mean it’s Panda Express what more can I say? The food is great and served fast. No complaints when I want something fast and relatively healthy

Seems the food is always old and are always understaffed. One persons doing all the food, one person at the register, one person cooking and it seems 2 more just doing nothing or eating in the lobby.

It’s great to see the beyond orange chicken is back. But it was unfortunate to go in and see they don’t make it prepared and ready. So I’m sitting in the lobby til they call my name. It would sell better if people could see it. I’m hoping it sticks around. But I will add that the staff are extremely helpful and the store manager cares a lot about your experience.
