Okay someone please give Patch The biggest raise ever!! Patch's kindness is a 10 No matter what day no matter , what time of the day, I no matter who you are, she is exceptional. Every time we come in.!!!!!! We accidentally came in today after closing, not knowing you guys had closed early on Sunday and she was the kindest person ever like always!!!!!! She makes this one of the best!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst location ever. Never had a problem with till a few days ago. I just called at 7:10 pm because my food was undercooked wasn’t right didn’t taste right noodles were not fully cooked either asked to speak to manager and she started yelling at me very poor customer service asked to get corporates number or like hr and she said no and refuse my service don’t order from here

If you don't the want to risk crappy chinese food...stick with Panda Express. Food is consistently good and the atmosphere is clean. We tried almost all the other Chinese take out places here's....and they all stink. At least Panda is consistently better than the rest.

Have visited the location a few times. Both times the food has been fresh and hot. Located in a shopping plaza. Restaurant was clean and staff were nice

Whatever you can say about Panda, the food is consistent. The noodles were kind of pastry. I should have gone for the rice. The entrees are always good. It's always clean.

Everytime I go into the pleasant grove panda I'm greeted. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure the food is correct. And she is so pleasant to have wait on me. And her co worker inma is also very friendly and so polite. And the food is always consistent. Other pandas have the spice range . But here it's always perfect. I go out of my way to only come to this location because the manager makes it such a great experience.

The fact that you guys text me and tell me that my food is ready and it wasn’t. It wasn’t even bagged. I watch the owner get up from EATING AN DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS OR NOTHING NOT A GLOVE and bag MY FOOD THAT I ALREADY PAYED FOR PICK UP! So don’t order your food for pick up and expect it to be done and ready. Specially when the owner of the store doesn’t care to stay clean her self. A sense when do they lay the plates the opposite way?

Terrible portions and service. Maybe have the cashier speak English so they can actually help customers🤯. Waited 15 minute for a mobile order that was sitting there waiting for me all because the cashier doesn’t understand simple English.
