It was good but do not recommend going right before they close. I had to get only what was available. They did still have a whole 30 minutes left to be open. But we're not making any more food which I understand. I could have made the choice to go elsewhere but it was late I was dead tired and just wanted to get home.

I paid $1.25 extra to get their new firecracker shrimp. You would think that if you paid extra for shrimp you would actually get shrimp. I got 2 DAMN pieces and the rest was vegetables. Not the first time. I swear they do it on purpose because it wasn't the first time that all I got was vegetables. If you order broccoli beef all you get is broccoli. Order Beijing BEEF? You'll get Beijing onions and peppers with very little beef. Absolutely awful!

When the food is fresh and the rice isn't hard it's great. Sometimes it's just not that way. Sometimes the chicken is old and cold and tough. And sometimes the fried rice isn't great. Give it a shot if you want. Just be prepared it might be good and it might not. 50/50 chance.

Its very offensive that they have to put door dash orders first instead of people waiting in the lobby. Food is not fresh. It looks and tastes like it had been sitting there for a while. It's disappointing, especially when you are paying for it. And it is not cheap food. Probably never going back to this location even though it is local for me. I will drive an extra 10 mins just to get better food and service.

I ordered on the app and they gave me a DoorDash driver and they made the executive decision to change things with my order without asking me then proceeded to tell me the door dasher gave permission. The only thing I wanted to eat was spring rolls and cheese rangoons if they didn’t have them they should have just refunded me for the items they didn’t have not give me chicken and assume everyone eats meat. The manager is clueless and rude!

They have an online order pickup shelf in the lobby. When I went to grab my order, one of the ladies with the accent said I needed to wait in line with everyone else making their order. There were at least a dozen in line. The other lady saw this and handed me my order.

My wife ordered a family meal tonight to go. When we got home, we realized the rice was burned so bad it smelled like cigarettes. At the same time, there were large chunks of completely white rice with no flavor. It appears they just never stirred this batch of rice at all until they served it. The smell and flavor were so pugnant that it ruined our sense of taste for the meal. I didn't know rice could be this bad.Also, we upgraded one entrée to honey walnut shrimp, and that container was missing 20% of its volume. Of course, the burnt fried rice was bursting at the seams, but no full serving of walnut shrimp. <sigh of resignation>We have to stop going to this location, I don't know why we keep punishing ourselves like this.

none of the employees wear gloves. the cook was using their bare hands to put food in the pan. the only person who was wearing gloves wore their apron into the bathroom. the food has gotten really greasy too.
