We came here for the first time tonight for dinner, and this quickly became my favorite pho place in Utah County, maybe in Utah as a whole. The broth for the pho was amazing prior to adding any hoisin, siracha, or veggies. The meat (we got the steak) was so tender and flavorful. I randomly tired the honeydew boba drink, and it was seriously so delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. The restaurant was quiet and clean. We will be coming back in the near future.

Pho No. 1 in Pleasant Grove has quickly become one of my favorite local spots! The food tastes incredibly homey—like a warm, comforting meal made with care. I keep coming back for their lemongrass pork rice plate—it’s packed with flavor, perfectly grilled, and the portion size is generous. The meat is tender and the seasoning is just right, with that delicious lemongrass aroma that makes every bite addictive. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Whether you’re in the mood for pho or a rice dish, you really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!
