R&R is my favorite restaurant. The meat is always excellent and it is good to know they show cooked and smoked the food before hand

Ribs were hard and dry. Probably the worst I’ve had. Chicken tasted great but was extremely fatty.

I have been to R&R twice now, both at the same PG location, first time I got the Tuesday special, which is the taco trio, it was delicious, enjoyed the meal.

The second time I went because I had a $5 off deal, so I got the chopped brisket sandwich from a recommendation, and while the brisket was tender, it lacked a lot of flavor.

The meat isn’t seasoned in the slightest, cold, lifeless and without meaning.

Very disappointed and probably will not be back.

When I went the 2nd time, it was a Friday afternoon, lunch time, and there was hardly anyone there, the lingering remnants of other bad lunch decision making, no one waiting on food either, and my order took an odd amount of time to get made, I physically saw the meat was chopped around 5-7 minutes prior to it being boxed up, so it sat, out of a warmer, in a bun getting cold right from the get go, while they made my sweet potato fries.

They then put everything in a plastic clamshell container, so while it traveled back with me, nothing stayed in its place, rollercoaster of doom, the meat came off the bun, the onions and pickles mixed with the fries and made a mess in the container, unanticipated marriage of the century.

They didn’t wrap the sandwich, they didn’t put the fries in a bag, just loose, not tucked in or given a bed time story.

Maybe the meat tariff reduction that was just passed will save this company, but all in all, R&R is not going to survive at this location. Too many employees doing absolutely nothing through the restaurant. Just shooting the bull in the kitchen, could have defaced a bbq sauce bottle and no one would have noticed.

Best of luck in your endeavors. R&R bbq = Regret & Remorse BBQ.

Oh I forgot…. They weigh their meat they give you! I absolutely hate it when companies weigh what they give you, especially public facing, slap in the face that lets me know this is going to be the same run of the mill experience and to not expect anything extravagant or over the top.

Penny pinching at its finest.

Ordered a pretty good amount of their meat by the lb for a big party. It was all prepared perfectly and they had it ready to go right on time. We also appreciate how carefully they prepared the food since several guest have celiac disease.

Was attending an event nearby and decided to try R&R for the first time. Menu looked promising. Unfortunately the first bite did not live up as the sliced brisket was COLD. Took it back and asked for a different plate, supposedly they got the second plates meat straight from the grill but that time it was lukewarm at best. I tried eating a few bites but it was completely flavorless. The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had but the whole experience was not worth a second chance. The place was also disgusting with trash everywhere and it took us a while to find a non broken chair. We spent $50 on two people so overpriced as well. Very disappointed.

We took our family hoping for something different - well that’s what we got loaded potatoes were cold and the pulled pork was so greasy we couldn’t eat but a few bites - the restaurant was dirty bathrooms where dirty and the service was mediocre at best - I would advise going somewhere else

I was very impressed. They asked me what kind of brisket I want which is always a good sign. Moist brisket was among the most flavorful I've ever had. Sausage was also very impressive. The ribs were good but unremarkable. Usually you only find barbecue this good in some dive crappy old dilapidated building but this place was high class with great service.
