Completely soggy/mushy Mac and cheese. Sweet potato fries tasted like they were made the day before. This was all I ordered but the person I was with said their meat was cold. Disappointing.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but overall it was a poor experience. The food came out pretty cold (ribs, chicken, brisket) and the potatoes and rolls were sub par. The brisket was also more like a Sunday roast, not a good cut of meat.
Almost every single table in the restaurant was dirty and it looked like it had been a while since any had been cleaned. It was also not busy while we were there and the was an abundance of staff, some in the back on their phones.
Normally a big bbq fan, if I had to choose again I would rather go to Five Star barbecue or Wallaby’s.

i order nachos and it was terrible as u can see in photo. I will definitely want refund. No cheese No salsa. Just little bit sour cream, pork and terrible tomatoes. This is the worst nachos i have ever seen ( İf u can call it nacho).

There was a problem with our food. The manager resolved it quickly and offered more of a fix than I asked for. I won't be going back after what happened with our food, but the service from the manager was great.

Their soda machines were out of Coca Cola, no option available. I told one of the employees and they didn’t seem to care, 20 minutes later their machines were out of Coke of any type.

Extremely low quality brisket, not what it once used to be. I ordered the chopped brisket that came with about 6 pieces, 4 out of the 6 were mostly fat and inedible. The actual edible meat was extremely tough and disappointing, especially when having to pay an up charge for it.

R&Rs is a great place to grab some pretty good BBQ. Honestly I feel like it used to be far better than it is now. I can’t quite put my finger on what changed. Perhaps that it is now more of a franchise. But it does not take away from having some good ol’ BBQ.

First time here and it was a disappointment unfortunately. Family of 5 left hungry after ordering meals. Portions were small… 2 tiny pieces of cold meat on each sandwich. Mac and cheese was cold and tasted like plastic. Total bummer.
