Sodalicious

I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the woman working at Sodalicious today continues to be unbelievably rude every single time I come in. She’s always short, unfriendly, and acts like helping customers is a burden.
Today I stopped by to grab drinks for my entire sales team while on my break. I had two separate orders and asked for receipts — pretty normal, right? Another worker handed me the receipt, and to my surprise, it actually said “oh brother she has 2 separate orders.” I’ve attached a picture for proof.
That kind of comment printed on a customer’s receipt is just flat-out unprofessional and disrespectful. I love Sodalicious, but this location really needs to address the customer service issues with this employee.

I came in just to order a 44 ounce water and they charge $2.08 for that. I have to say that is absolutely asinine to charge people $2.08 for TAP WATER!!! Get it right Sodalicious! I understand $.50 for maybe the cup but two freaking dollars?

Spent 15 minutes in line to get a drink with no ice in it will not be coming back to this location. Putting ice in a drink should be the easiest step of making the drink. I just wasted my time and money on a warm drink with no ice that is not drinkable.

This Sodalicious used to be great but the past 3 times I have gone they messed my drink up. The service is so incredibly slow and the workers inside showed no sign of hurry. Bummer since this used to be good but now they can’t get orders correct.

I gave very specific details of the drink I wanted: Coke Zero with fresh lime and the rind left in. Went over it twice. Drove away and no lime at all. You go to places like this so you can get EXACTLY what you want. Very disappointing.

I ordered a cookie and drink but my drink had to be remade because it was made wrong. Then, both my drink and cookie tasted like cleaning product or something weird like that, and my throat is still burning from it. Almost spit out my drink while I was driving. The staff were really nice, there’s just something super wrong with the taste and I’m sad I lost money on it.

Best soda ever

Sodalicious is my family's favorite soda shop! We've been going since 2015! Yes, we have tried others and do on occasion go to one other place just cause there isn't a sodalicious in our town. We love Sodalicious cookies and popcorn! Their stickers of the month! I SUPER love double point Tuesdays. I've been racking those points up for years! Some of our favorite drinks are Rocky Mt. High, Pixie, O'Ryan, Simple Dr. Pepper with Coconut.
