So I am writing this review because I learned that drinking the matcha is not as healthy as we are LED to believe as a public. After doing some research, I have found out that the matcha powder is 51% sugar with a little bit of green tea added in. So if you're like me and a type 2 diabetic unable to have large amounts of sugar or carbs, Starbucks should be more forthcoming on their ingredients and their drinks. After learning this, I am very disappointed because I was led to believe I was drinking something healthy. Unfortunately it is not healthy for us and maybe the majority of Starbucks drinks are not healthy for us. Okay but we give into the hype and drink it anyway. As for me, I will no longer be drinking things from Starbucks, that is why I gave it two stars.

The drink tasted great, but when I'm missing 1/3 of it, thats upsetting. If we're paying for anything in the food or drink industry, you should be able to get the whole product not just what they could fill.

I came in on Sunday morning no one was in the store at the time. I was treated like I was a VIP great service gals!!! The lobby was clean and well kept.I got the usual pike and banana nut slice. As I sat down it filled up with patrons.Restrooms were very clean and supplies were fully stocked. Plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of parking right off the freeway. It’s a hidden gem since it has only been here a year it’s not extremely busy YET! If your looking for a Starbucks this is the most convenient on and off the freeway or ….

I placed my order online 15 minutes before I arrived, when I arrived, there was no one in line and no one at the counter so I drove up to the window. The nasty little girl opened up the window and asked what I wanted. I told her that I had placed an order online 15 minutes prior. She says next time can you tell us at the mic what it is you're here for. I said that there was no one in line and so I didn't know why I needed to stop at the microphone. She gives me a dirty look and walks off a new girl walks up, asked me again what my name is I give her my name and she slams the window closed. The original girl comes back to the window five minutes later with my drink. And I tell her that this was the rudest I have. A Starbucks ever and she said well sorry about that and shuts the window. I will never come back to the Starbucks location. Giving away free drinks for a week, and I would not come back to this location. I was here on September 30 at 3:07 PM in case you guys want to the brunette in and need some training in Customer Service!

The drive-through person on Friday 9/8/23 at 530pm was the most obnoxious and rude starbucks employee I have ever encountered. They talked over me several times. I had to repeat my order 3 times - and when I got my order, it was wrong. All I asked for was a pumpkin creme with an extra vanilla shot - nothing hard or fancy. They need to be moved to the cleaning crew.

Came here to study and the employee with the pixie cut blonde hair and red streak in it would scream while he was talking with the other employees. Every 10 minutes he'd go from talking like he was trying to give a spartan speech to screaming "OH MY GOD" or something equally as inane. Super unpleasant and off putting.If you are looking for a spot to get some homework done or grab a coffee and chill please pick the Orem Starbucks off of 800 N. those guys are always pleasant, professional, friendly and they know how to create a great atmosphere. This location should take a few notes from them because good god my ears hurt after today.
