I came in and got some dinner. When my order was called, it was swiped by another person who I assume mistook it as theirs. The employee was incredibly kind when I told them the situation and gave us free chips, two medium drinks, and a bag of cinnamon twists. The drive thru line was incredibly long, and multiple customers in the store, yet the employees were very quick with remaking our food. This Taco Bell is great, I appreciate everyone who works here!

It's a hit or miss experience, it's never the same experience twice. Service is very slow and not always friendly. Good luck hope you go on a good day.

Horrible service. Make sure you have at least an hour for them to make your food. They have plenty of time to stand around and talk.

A guy with glasses and a beard snapped at my friend for laughing at one of my jokes and threatened to remove us from the store. My friend is self conscious of his laugh and whenever someone brings it up he gets very sensitive terrible service the workers were rude

My friend ordered food and they forgot the Crunchwrap even though it was on the receipt and paid for. When he called they hung up on him haha he was so mad. Still though kinda messed up. Idk what sad people works at fast food joints on a Saturday night and also manage to mess up an order of like four things, but they need to be fired lol

I dunno who works Saturday at 7:30, but I ordered food, brought it home, was missing a Crunchwrap that was paid for and on the receipt, and when I called them about it to see if I could get it delivered, refunded, or pick it up, I was hung up on. Would not suggest going here if you like getting what you pay for and if you like customer service

SLOWEST TACO BELL EVER. We’ve been sitting here for nearly 30 minutes. The restaurant is practically empty and there are only a few cars in the drive-through. All we ordered was a burrito supreme and a nachos Bell grande. I cannot believe how absolutely freaking slow these guys are! Avoid this location if you possibly can.

Food is okay at best. Came here for a quick meal between Saturday kid games. Ended up missing an entire half of the game waiting for 2 tacos and a quesadilla…

Then I remember that last time I was here it was the same problem.

Like many other reviews here. I have sat here for 30 min waiting for 2 tacos. I have witnessed staff drop things (cups/napkins/scraps of food) on the floor and just leave it there. This is insane. 30 min wait for 2 tacos that are just meat and cheese. Some of the staff seem to not even think about what is being told to them. I witnessed a man come in and say he ordered his burrito just steak and cheese. He only wanted steak and cheese so the worker made up a cup of steak and a cup of shredded cheese and handed it to him. Never coming back to this location.

Second best location I’ve visited. Great layout good drive thru and the manager is fantastic everyone was working like a dream team.
