Waiting 35 minutes for an unmelted quesadilla feels criminal 😭

I asked for no lettuce but didn’t realize how sad my taco would be :(
Cedar Hills Taco Bell across from Lone Peak is superior and their Pepsi is SLAPPIN today. My order is correct, tons of napkins and hot sauce. They were so fast that I didn’t even have time to scroll. I am so happy.
Excessive waiting time, it seems like there is no manager in this store.

It took 20 minutes to get my food out to me, (I got two items) and when I went to eat my food, there was barely any toppings in my quesadilla, and multiple bites were only tortilla.

My preference lunch is number seven with steak Baja blast, no ice and a soft taco. That is my go-to every time.

Apparently you cannot purchase gift cards from the drive thru window.
Instead of them walking 10 feet to the machine that can ring gift cards up, they expect you to finish at the drive thru, then park your car and go inside the building. Then, you and the employee can both walk to the machine. Time to get a better card reader at the drive thru! Buyers in a hurry beware and order gift cards online and not at this Taco Bell location.

Excellent! First, attended quickly, and when got to the window, the person at the window was great, friendly, even smiling which would be hard for me for a whole shift unless it was purposeful, and the way they want to be. Very cool and that reflects well upon the hiring! Thanks for making lunch great! Also, the ice in my cup was not too much. You know how some places must train their people to fill the whole cup with ice and then fill the empty space with soda? They must not be told to do that here, because it was a reasonable amount. Not too little, and not too much (I hate it when restaurants cheap out on the soda and in those cases I remember!)

Well, if their food isn’t bad enough, they’re certainly NOT making up for it with their rotten service. Went there this morning for breakfast burritos and encountered a young man with a very bad attitude. This place wasn’t even busy, but you would think they were swamped by how he was acting. He left the register to make my food and brought me back room temperature breakfast burritos. They weren’t even edible and I had to get them to a microwave to even choke them down. Plus, they were really skimpy. (See photo) if somebody’s not happy working somewhere, they really shouldn’t be there. Good food and bad service or vice versa is one thing, but nasty food and nasty services is a whole different ballgame. The owner or manager should probably be looking into this, but I’m not holding my breath.

I ordered chicken burrito and got a very few chunk of chicken!!! The burrito looks tiny!!! The picture on the screen showed plenty of chicken inside the burrito. I feel I’m being ripped off!!!
