My friend ordered food and they forgot the Crunchwrap even though it was on the receipt and paid for. When he called they hung up on him haha he was so mad. Still though kinda messed up. Idk what sad people works at fast food joints on a Saturday night and also manage to mess up an order of like four things, but they need to be fired lol

I dunno who works Saturday at 7:30, but I ordered food, brought it home, was missing a Crunchwrap that was paid for and on the receipt, and when I called them about it to see if I could get it delivered, refunded, or pick it up, I was hung up on. Would not suggest going here if you like getting what you pay for and if you like customer service

SLOWEST TACO BELL EVER. We’ve been sitting here for nearly 30 minutes. The restaurant is practically empty and there are only a few cars in the drive-through. All we ordered was a burrito supreme and a nachos Bell grande. I cannot believe how absolutely freaking slow these guys are! Avoid this location if you possibly can.

Food is okay at best. Came here for a quick meal between Saturday kid games. Ended up missing an entire half of the game waiting for 2 tacos and a quesadilla…

Like many other reviews here. I have sat here for 30 min waiting for 2 tacos. I have witnessed staff drop things (cups/napkins/scraps of food) on the floor and just leave it there. This is insane. 30 min wait for 2 tacos that are just meat and cheese. Some of the staff seem to not even think about what is being told to them. I witnessed a man come in and say he ordered his burrito just steak and cheese. He only wanted steak and cheese so the worker made up a cup of steak and a cup of shredded cheese and handed it to him. Never coming back to this location.
Second best location I’ve visited. Great layout good drive thru and the manager is fantastic everyone was working like a dream team.

The employees at this location are excellent.
When I go, it's usually go in the morning for the breakfast crunch wrap.
Actually the crappiest crunch wrap supreme I have ever seen in my life and they shouldn’t charge more for it just to come out looking flat like a quesadilla. I ordered both and couldn’t tell them apart. There was barely anything inside it. Probably won’t come back because I firmly believe with companies charging more for items, food clothes etc. they should AT LEAST have their food look somewhat like the pictures they are advertising with. You can’t do the bare minimum anymore and charge as much as you are and I’m pretty sure those kids get paid enough to make orders correctly so it’s just a slap in the face that my order was so lazily done. I was also a DoorDash pickup customer so they had PLENTY of time to make the order and do it correctly. Also since I’m here making this review they could work on cleanliness and keeping stations clean because it was a mess back there and I’m pretty sure there was more meat on the counter than what they were putting in the meals. Customer service is probably a good idea as well!

For what you are charging for the food, you could have clean tables.
We had to clean the table before we could sit down. And some of the food had dried to the table, indicating that the table had not been cleaned in a long time.
