Way too sweet.
Bad customer service.
We were served by some young girls. They let us order and then informed us that the cookie we had come for was out of stock and just gave us a replacement. I think the most alarming thing of all was that the young girl had so many rips in her shorts that you could see the skin from her butt. Not very appetizing when going for a cookie. Also very confused why if you can only have 15 people in the restaurant at a time why are there 16 chairs.
My daughter and I went on a quest for the best cookie. To fairly compare the different choices we chose only chocolate chip cookies from each of the following establishments:Twisted SugarDirty DoughChipCrumblI should mention that we also attempted a cookie from Crave, but they were closed for an unknown reason.Twisted Sugar's Chocolate Chip cookie was my least favorite. Thick, hard to bite/chew, and almost a raw quality to the cookie. That said, we also got another cookie from Twisted Sugar that was one of my favorite. Maybe it was an off day, maybe they just make choc chip cookies different than I prefer. I will add that it was also the most expensive location for two cookies.I say give them a try and let me know how you like them. They are worth a stop.
New location just off of the Pleasant Grove Blvd exit. Staff is friendly!Ordered their chocolate chip cookie - soft, chocolate chips were abundant, tastes fresh!Inside decor is to a minimum, but clean!
The cookies are out of this world!
The banana cream and the lemon with a peach vanilla. Dr Pepper for drink.
Meh... It was ok but not worth the price paid.
Staff at this location usually seem annoyed like previous reviewers have commented. Drink was good today but cookie quality has gone down. This was the oatmeal chocolate chip.
I work near this location and go there often, and I have only experienced pleasant reactions from the staff. They are friendly and helpful, and there is never a long line like so many other soda places. They offer the Coke and Pepsi Zero products and my favorite is the Pepsi Zero with Maraschino Cherries and fresh lime. Sooo good.

staff seemed really annoyed when i asked questions even though it was my first time. Heard great things about this place but was treated very poorly.
These cookies are AMAZING. Like omg. I'm in love I used to be a die hard Crumbl fan but I think I may have just found a new favorite... the banana cream pie cookie is to friggin die for ?
Best cookie place ever. Way cheaper than all the other stores, has AMAZING flavors that are way better than everywhere else, a huge menu, and only two monthly rotating cookies, which I think is way better than weekly rotations of an entire menu. It makes Twisted Sugar way more reliable to get what you want. And also their cookies are a great size. Not too big that you can't eat it in one sitting, but big enough you feel filled.
So fast! I had ordered 2 1/2 dozen cookies and they had it out in less then 3 minutes. The employees were really nice and pleasant :)
Went in at 830pm to grab a cookie (hours on door say open until 9pm). Doors were unlocked. The staff had “closed early” but were still there hanging out and refused us service. Great experience!
