I ordered from the Pleasant Grove WingStop tonight for delivery on their app and never received my order from DoorDash. I called WingStop and they remade my order and refunded me the tip and other delivery fees. They even offered me a free brownie or soda. Their customer service is amazing as is their food! Highly recommended!

Just stopped by to pick up an online order, $35 and I’ve never seen boneless wings this small in my entire life. We’ve been going to Wingstop for well over a decade. Used to drive all the way to Vegas just get their food. I e never felt so ripped off. Side of veggies was less than a single serving. Not even a full piece of celery and maybe 1/4 of a carrot.

Easily the most dissatisfied I’ve ever been. Hope you guys saved a ton of money by handing out crumbs tonight.

We have this a try and we *may* be back. The food was decent, it was better than starving, but not overly enjoyable. The chicken tenders were breaded and fried too much and had WAY too much parmesan on them, it was caked! The seasoned fries were tasty, but also fried a little too long. The 3 employees that night seemed like they needed something to do. We had a fair experience.

As someone who owns and operates QSR locations, I always try to be understanding when it comes to these situations. I know how hard it can be to run a smooth operation. That said, my experience at this WingStop location yesterday was unacceptable, and it seems I’m not the only one based on other reviews.

We were the only customers in the restaurant, with three employees on shift. Initially, we planned to dine in, but it took so long that we eventually asked for our order to-go. When we turned around to speak with the staff, we saw them dancing instead of preparing our food.

When one of the employees finally came out to hand us the food, his attitude was rude and dismissive. When we expressed concern over how we were being treated, he shockingly told us to leave and essentially kicked us out.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. I’d be happy to have a conversation with the owners to share more about what happened and offer my perspective as a fellow operator.

Kicked us out of the store for asking when our food was going to be done. We also watched the employees laughing and dancing while cooking our food not sure who’s running this outfit but most unprofessional service I’ve experienced in my lifetime

I had the lemon pepper bone-in wings with ranch dip, and it was yummy.

Where wings go to fulfill their destiny and where you’ll find yourself wondering how you managed to get sauce in your hair (again). Their flavors range from ‘mild and civilized’ to ‘I might actually cry, but it’s worth it,’ and every single one is a winner.

The Lemon Pepper wings are like a flavor party in your mouth, and the Garlic Parmesan? Let’s just say if I could bathe in that sauce, I would. Pro tip: order extra ranch because Wingstop’s ranch is basically liquid gold and will have you dipping everything in sight—fries, wings, even your life decisions.

Friendly staff, crispy wings, and enough napkins to build a small fort—what more could you ask for? If you haven’t made Wingstop a regular part of your cheat day rotation, are you even really living?

2nd time delivery order. Missing items, food cold, rubbery carrots/celery. Cold rubbery fries. Tried contacting them, but couldn’t reach anyone.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. The food was so salty, my sweet was insanely sweet, I can't understand when you prepare food you put a lot of salt in everything. $20 worst wasted. All of my food was in the trash. Was really inedible.

I grew up on Wingstop. Antonio Swad, the original founder, was our neighbor growing up. Anyway, it’s sad that the quality and care to their product has gone down the drain as they’ve sold and grown. Ordered wings and they were barely even covered in any sauce. Very disappointing. Rocky Mountain Wingshak is the best place around for wings. I’ve tried several Wingstop locations in the valley and it’s always the same story.

Love the wings here and the fries are seasoned so deliciously! They were soooo good! I came about an hour before they closed and ordered one party pack. There was only one person in front of me in the line, and I didn't time exactly how long it took, but it felt like a long time. I observed only one worker was really working on orders while the rest were focused on closing the store. I completely get it, but it did sour my perspective of their service levels.

Literally ANY local place with wings will do a better job with less hassle or chance that part of your order won't be there.

I tried this location after SS. Even worse!
Unbelievable! Invest $100’s of thousands and the service and food are terrible. Will never understand this logic.
