They really need a better system for ordering ahead and picking up through the drive-through. The person ahead of me ordered 13 drinks and I had to sit behind them and wait the entire time. By the time I got my order, my pick up time was 15 minutes later.

This location is an unorganized MESS, I can’t say it enough. I’m ready to stop giving my business to them, nobody there is even nice & I don’t think i’ve ever waited as long as I do there at any other location. I even do online ordering, and i’m still waiting for the longest time.

I think you guys forgot to put the coffee in our drinks. It literally just tastes like milk and creamer. (I got the annihilator sugar free espresso) I've had it many times and it's never been this white before) my friend got the golden eagle and same thing, super white with no taste of coffee whatsoever.

They have a customer for life it was our first visit and we were from out of town for a funeral and we were having a bad visit and different things were happening but Dutch bros made our trip so much better and earned our business for life we will never forget their kindness it was at 10 am this morning

Just a great place to get a great drink. The staff are super friendly and seem to be having a good time working with everyone.
I needed drink and this place was the closest at the time so I took a chance. I’m kind of snobbish side when it comes to coffee so their coffee didn’t do it for me. If you are Starbucks type of coffee drinker with additive such as caramel, blended mocha etc-then this place maybe suitable.
Waited for 15 minutes in a line that won’t move. We are leaving.
