Alright, I hope this doesn't come across petty, but when I'm scrambling to get somewhere and have ordered JJ delivery to send to my kids and I'm trying to drive and also baby an Uber driver who is trying to communicate in Spanish (which I don't speak) through every step of delivery, it's a problem. I really hate to give a low review, because my food is typically delicious, and the staff is really friendly. I know the staff is really friendly, though, because I have to call them repeatedly every single time my order is updated to be delivered by Uber instead of Jimmy John's. Listen, I get it, sometimes staffing simply doesn't allow for JJ delivery, but I would love the option to approve order updates to Uber eats rather than Jimmy John's automatically updating it. I have never gotten a successful, timely, complete order anytime Jimmy John's kicks it over to Uber eats. The last time this happened I called and asked if there was a way to opt out of this or to be notified beforehand so I could cancel my order, and they said they would put something on my account to avoid it. But here I am, guiding a random person step by step to deliver my sandwiches again. Seems like it would be a simple push notification on the app, "Jj's would like to deliver through Uber eats, press no to decline and cancel your order". It's a bummer, my daughter and I both love ordering delivery from here and do it super frequently because on occasion I'm not home and this is her favorite choice to have delivered. But I genuinely cannot stand to deal with Uber eats even one more time. If I wanted to have it delivered through them I would order it through Uber eats. So I guess instead I just can't order any more for fear of having to deal with this every time. Edit: GOSH I had to change it from two stars to four though, because as frustrating as this is, they are always so nice and willing to fix it after. Just please give us an option to cancel.

Whent through the drive through and ordered my sandwich with bacon that I paid extra for. Was disappointed to find that the bacon not added to my sandwich. Was kind of a letdown was good otherwise but really did miss that flavor. And paid for it.

The food was good and most of the workers were friendly. However, there was one worker, I believe her name was Anneliese. She gave me a dirty look when I walked in, which usually I wouldn’t care, but during the time I ordered she was staring from the back. After I ordered I overheard her talking poorly about me and my friends, judging my food choices and what I was wearing. On another note she was eating the food as she was making my sandwich! Disgusting! Extremely unprofessional, and I won’t be returning until these issues are resolved. I mean no offense toward the Jimmy John’s franchise or most of the workers, but this one worker is an issue and the problem needs to be resolved.

Why has jj started Uber to deliver?? But they don't tell you till your order is done. Our food took forever our Uber delivery had to make 10 stops on the way. Not happy at all. Will not be doing jj anymore.

I ordered through DoorDash a delivery from Jimmy John’s in Pleasant view Utah. They didn’t have anybody to deliver to me so they called me and said we can’t deliver you to you. I said cancel my order. They said they would give me credit but now they tell me I had to go through DoorDash to get my credit and it’s been over a week.

Delicious sandwich but after eating, I was still hungry. Not a lot of food for the money. Server was confused and handed me a single small sandwich even though I ordered two large sandwiches. Then I was handed the sandwiches loose without a bag. I asked for a bag and got one.

Big black nappy hair in my food, wilted lettuce. Wish I would’ve took a picture but I was so disgusted I threw it out. The sandwiches seem to be much smaller than they used to be, they probably bake their bread in smaller loaves on purpose..

I’ve eaten at many JJ over the years and this one is definitely the worst I’ve had. Last time I was there my bread was rock hard. They were great and made me another sandwich - same issue. I gave up and figured it was just a bad batch. Went again today and the bread is rock hard again and the lettuce looks like it’s been on a soggy sandwich overnight. That’s the last visit for me.
