Freddie really came through for us yesterday. We arrived a little early for our order and found him working quickly AND ALONE to serve everyone. Having been in that position before working fast food, I felt for him. He was super cool, very apologetic, promised he'd have our order up as fast as he could and was a perfect profession in spite of the circumstances. Freddie should get a raise and a promotion in my humble opinion. 100% satisfied.
The power went out and thay had great customer service and still accommodated to us and got our pizzas out as soon as the power came back on

My pizza was delicious. And great customer service, I walked in and ordered my pizza it was done in no time. The manager and a girl working greeted me and was so nice. All my toppings were fresh and delicious!!

So we eat here often the food is really good the toppings are really good they really take pride in making them Delicious and generously full we love the big toppings like the sausage and pepperoni mushrooms etc it's all good and good size and the flavors are really delicious as well the garlic crust and everything Lisa is the manager and she is nice and the other people at the front end that I've dealt with have been pretty nice we love Marcos and used to eat there like every Tuesday when they had the BOGO Tuesday at buy one get one free but they have taken that away which is sad so we have not been there since they took that away and probably won't return until they bring it back did they ever bring it back but the cheese bread is delicious and the food is delicious highly recommend but if you guys read this please bring back BOGO Tuesday that's what kept us coming add other people I know other than that highly recommend AAA+++

I’ve ordered from here several times and unfortunately this time was terrible. I placed an order online to be delivered by 5:30 pm. I got 2 confirmation emails saying it would be delivered by then. Around 5:00 I got a text saying a dasher was waiting for my order there then all of the sudden it said cancelled. I called the store and the manager told me my order was waiting to be picked up and they only had one delivery driver. So I said I’ll just come pick it up, I’ll be there in 15 minutes. I also had to load up my 2 hungry small children…When I was almost there I got a text from a door dasher saying they were on the way to my house. Frustrated, I called the store again and asked which one it was? After a long time of them going back and forth trying to figure it out, she decided that someone picked it up. I was told by the manager that if it didn’t get delivered that she would hand deliver it. But that wasn’t the point, I had two hungry kids, an order that nobody knew where it was and OH, my food was all cold by the time it got to me at 5:45. I will now be second guessing coming to this Marcos. Which sucks because their food is pretty decent.
