My husband and I go to this specific menchies at least 4 times a week. We have loved coming here each time. The staff are always so friendly and know us by now lol I do wish there was more seating outside but overall we love this location! I do have to say that after being bored one night and reading the reviews we did get a couple of good laughs. Since we go to this location so often we believe all the staff there are the sweetest and they do their best to keep up with all the hustle and bustle. Great job to all the employees and a special Thanks to the owner for standing up for your employees, it’s refreshing to see it.

I paid $25 for two Acai bowls, they advertise two scoops for a regular size but there was about 2 TABLESPOONS of Acai in them! The Ogden location is WAY better they actually give you what you pay for vs two bowls full of air and chopped fruits.

Dulce de leche is by far my favorite flavor. Super fun environment. Loved that they let us sample the flavors first. I wish it wasn’t quite so pricey but it’s still fun every once in a while.

I’ve been here lots of times. Normally pretty clean. Today, as we walked in we instantly noticed the trash can was overflowing with garbage. The two workers could clearly see it was overflowing. Multiple customers commented on the overflowing trash as they walked in. As we were there one employee finally took out the garbage but left a disgusting melted ice cream mess on the floor which could be a potential slip risk for both customers and employees. May need to have a talk with your workers to keep a clean environment for your customers and employees. I hope this gets addressed because we do enjoy coming.

The second I walked into this building, the whole atmosphere changed. There manning the counter was a beautiful tall lanky employee, with the beautiful name... Andrew his bright smile lit up my day with joy and divine love. I accidentally defecated on the floor and he handled the situation with grace and dignity! When I spilled my food the employee who was very very feminist and 6 foot 12 cleaned it up while reciting his monster high feminist literature. He actually saved my cat's life and gave me two free sample cups; One large, one small. The service done here by Andrew was something indescribable, words cannot begin to explain how amazing this employee was. Mad respect.

I love Menchies!! I go there at least 3 times a week. Unfortunately I won’t sit in the lobby because everyone of the white chairs literally have black shoe prints on them. I don’t know if they never get wiped down or if people make it a point to walk all over the chairs. I just end up eating in my car.

We come to this Menchie’s all the time and tonight was especially disappointing. There were at least five people working and none of them were doing anything. The store was filthy. There was fudge sauce on the floor by the tables. There was fallen fruit and sticky mess in front of the condiment area, and all of the trays of yogurt had spills and old yogurt in the trays that looked like it had been there for a while. I think one of the young men who was working overheard my comment about how dirty it was, and he actually started wiping off tables, but none of the other staff did anything. They were talking and laughing amongst themselves behind the register.

Glad to have a menchies close to home with easy parking and lots of options! My kids love to come in for a treat and the staff is always so kind to them and even give them stickers that makes the trip that much more special! Highly recommend this location!

Courtney was racially profiling my black friend cause he was sharing a bowl with his girlfriend and got ate a sample out of a sample cup and she proceeded to tell him that he cant do that and it is considered stealing even though he payed for the cup also I’m a white male and did the same thing before him and didn’t get a glance nor a word. She should lose her job due to the disrespect and racism from her. Also when confronted she proceeded to say we were looking to into it and it didn’t matter.
Mother in law got kicked out because she asked about the sample cups, and I guess some customers are abusing it, so according to said employee 05/18/25 all customers just abuse it. This Menchies is not customer friendly. Traumatizing my 2 year old daughter in the process. Look, I get its policy. But their employee did not de-escalate instead she escalated and threatened to call the cops. We were going there at least once a week. But I can not in good conscience, let my daughter be influenced by such un-friendly consumer practices. Do not ask about the sample cups!! You will get kicked out!!

I was so excited when this location opened and have frequented it a lot since. But last week we went in and when I went to pay the girl at the register must have been new and was having issues with it but finally got to where I paid for it. I was then told it didn’t go through and had to pay again. I gave it the weekend to see if the other charge would drop but both went through. We went back in and asked about it and was told there’s nothing they could do and to just take it up with our bank. Was also told that apparently that happens quite a bit. We go there once a week. A free ice cream would’ve fixed it since I probably would’ve turned around and spent the money there anyways if we did get a refund. But just a bit frustrating.

Menchie’s is our favorite froyo no matter the location. I have yet to go to a location the customer service was not great. I love that they always have dairy free options and a variety of toppings to choose from.
