Truly terrible experience. My online order was 10 minutes late (not a big deal as far as that goes) but it was still cold! I sat and waited while it was made so it made no sense. I believe an entire bottle of sauce was dumped on each taco. It’s such a bummer - there are so few options in this area. I’m hoping the owner solves the problem.

Without a doubt, the Rusty Taco in Pleasant View, Utah, is the worst restaurant in northern Utah. The service is extraordinarily slow, the staff is unprofessional, and the food is mediocre at best.

Awesome food! Great atmosphere, most definitely recommend the Fajita bowl yummmy!!
Food was lousy. The steak fajita bowl cost $12.+, not worth it. Onions were hard, they used the very outer layer of the onion. The green peppers were old. Why open a business if you can't serve quality food. My wife loves tacos, but she didn't care for rusty taco.

I've only ordered through door dash and grub hub. When I ordered through Door Dash a couple of weeks ago, I received a chicken taco with undercooked chicken. When I ordered through Grub Hub today, I bit down on a small metal spring. It's disappointing and completely unsafe.

Lady with the blonde hair taking orders was really rude and seemed bothered to take our orders. Then saw her happy and smiling for the next people. Not sure why she was so bothered by us. And they weren’t busy or didn’t seem busy but our order took a long time however the guy who gave us our food was super nice.

The customer service was exceptional. Everything was made fresh and was delicious. I received a complimentary churro and I’m so glad I did because now I’m hooked. I will be coming here more often. I came on a Sunday and it was not very busy so I received my food pretty fast.

I always try and support local business, especially ones open on Sunday, but I was left disappointed in our latest visit. Ordered online, the food was not ready until ~10 minutes after the estimated time. I asked if there was salsas already in the bag, the staff confirmed there was, but when we got home there was no salsa to be found. Lastly while the food was flavored well, it was extra messy with the way the tacos were wrapped, specifically the cheeseburger taco, making them tricky to eat.
I will give the place another chance some time down the road, but for now it’s really not worth $50 tacos.

We'd never been to The Rusty Taco and decided to try it one day for lunch. We were almost the only people there at first. When I ordered i asked what was best and the employee said the Rusty Taco namesake was popular so I ordered it. My husband had the chicken bowl. My meal was tasty but so small, it could have easily fit in the palm on my hand. I was still hungry when I left. Probably wouldn't go back given the cost and portion size.
