I went for my usual cup of coffee first thing in the am on my way into work- around 6:00am. I have a long commute so coffee always helps me. This morning was different, the cup they served me had a good size hole at the bottom which I didn’t notice until I was on the hwy and driving at 70+mph. The coffee spilled all over me and burned me . I had to put my hazards on and pull over to the right. The hole was so large that my cup holder had almost filled up halfway. I tossed the liquid out of my car to avoid further coffee spilling all over. It was too late to turn around as I had to get to work. I arrived at work with coffee all over my dress and coat. After my morning meetings I attempted to call them to tell them of this but no one answered. Sadly, I will never return to this location again. Horrible experience.

Walked over after work tonight it was my first time the girl that helped me was super nice, I told her to make me whatever she thought was good and it was a mango Infusion I think absolutely great.

Love Scooters!! Went this morning at 4:30am and the staff was so chipper and friendly!! I am the most indecisive person and Susan gave me a great recommendation, the turtle (mocha, caramel with hazelnut-I sub that for vanilla, make it sugar free with sugar free vanilla cold foam) with oatmilk and it was the best coffee drink!! Perfect amount of sweetness!! 😍

Treat kids like garbage. Won’t be sending my kids back there to order anything again. Customer service is trash. Especially the lady there at 230 pm on Saturday the 21st
