They said they would bring our food to our table but after 15 minutes my wife went to ask them if our food was ready. They looked around and spotted a bag and said is this yous. It was our food and it was cold. Plus my chicken bacon Swiss was not made right. Horrible experience and worst Arby's I've ever been to.
Wait at 11:15 am was 20 minutes through drive thru only 2 cars ahead of me and looks like we all only ordered 1 sandwich
